CV parsing:Adapt allows for high volumes of CVs to be processed from either scanned or digital format documents. Implementation

Bond applies best practices using proven methodology for a successful implementation. You will be assigned a Project Manager who will guide you through each phase of your Adapt implementation.

Migration Options:

Simple Migration

If you have a very small amount of data to transfer then you may be eligible for a simple data transfer. You will need to provide a single CSV file or Excel file for Bond’s data transfer engineers to evaluate. If it is suitable then the data transfer can typically be completed in less than a day, straight to live.

Advanced Migration

The Data Transfer Team provides three increasingly comprehensive data transfer levels:

Level 1 includes main candidate details (including contact details and a CV), client details and contact details.

Level 2 then adds job details, assignments and work histories.

Level 3 then adds shortlists and interviews. All three levels allow for your audit trail (and notes) to be added to the records being imported. Our conversion team evaluate the data you want to have imported to ensure it will fit into the chosen level. If acceptable, they will perform a pre-live migration which will be tested and passed to you to undertake your own testing. Once approved, the team await final approval to perform the live data transfer.

Bespoke Migration

The Data Migration team can offer a bespoke data transfer if required. We will work with you to identify the fields that need importing, including whether additional fields need to be added to store the data. Our conversion team evaluate the data you want to have imported to ensure it will fit into the chosen level. If acceptable they will perform a pre-live migration which will be tested and passed to you to undertake your own testing.
