PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

In the initial planning phase of your project, we work with you to ensure compatibility and accuracy of the materials and pricing. We provide complete bid packages, including bill of material, estimated costs,

suggestions for alternates and delivery schedule. During this phase of the project, we help you find cost reduction opportunities and solutions to the challenges of remote asset management to ensure your project’s success.

STAGING AND KITTING

We simplify your on-site work by providing staging and kitting of your materials. Minimize job site damage and reduce shrinkage by using our job site material staging capabilities. We deliver based on your work schedule and project plan, helping you keep your project on budget and on time.

JOB SITE DELIVERY AND BACKHAULING

From delivery vans to flat-bed semitrucks, our extensive fleet ensures that your materials are on time and where you need them. How material is off-loaded is important. Whether it’s a specialized utility truck or the services of a flat bed truck with a truck-mounted forklift, we provide precise placement to help you be more productive and efficient.

PROJECT CLOSEOUT

At the end of the project, we want to make sure

we delivered on what we promised and met your expectations for material management during each phase of the project. We assist in closing all steps to complete your project, which includes providing a material report, coordinating returns and conducting a “lessons learned” review for materials.

JOB SITE/PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAILERS

We can package the materials required for your project and deliver a fully stocked trailer directly to the job site—right where you want it. Our trailers

are well lit with sturdy shelving. The material is organized, and your work

crews stay focused on completing the job; they’re not pulled away to locate, receive or put away material.

With multiple deliveries to different contractors in a laydown area, you can easily lose track of material. Our signature-capture technology for receipt of material puts the signature of the person who signed for the delivery on

the invoice, making it easier to locate material. And remote asset tracking

with SkyBitz technology means that you always know where your equipment and materials are, no matter how remote your job site is. Monitor your site from wherever you are and know that your site is secure and your materials are where they are supposed to be.

SUPPLY NETWORK

Dealing with long lead times makes it difficult to coordinate the deliveries of all the materials you need. We can utilize our branch network to stage and

store your materials to meet your project’s needs. Then we’ll have it on site

when you need it. We understand the impact material shortages have on crew productivity.
