SUBOR was the only pipe manufacturer to participate in the ICCI 2015 exhibition held in May.

The most important event in the energy sector in Turkey, the ICCI 2015 Energy and Environment Exhibition, brought together the giants of the sector. Nearly 400 domestic and foreign companies took part in the 21st exhibition and conference held from 6 - 8 May 2015. During the three days of the conference, approximately 200 presentations were made and 36 sessions were held.

This year once again, SUBOR, the leading company in the GRP pipe sector and energy projects in Turkey, participated in the exhibition as the only pipe manufacturing company with its specially designed stand. Closely following the ever-changing and developing energy sector and offering customers services they can always rely on, SUBOR introduced the BIAXIAL GRP pipes that have been specifically designed for use in power plants. The company representatives provided information on references and R & D activities, an area, where changes in the energy sector are closely followed.

Cooperation Continues with Amiantit Poland

In 2015, we have added the Jaworzno and Opole power

plant projects to the list of full scale energy projects carried out in cooperation with our sister company, Amiantit Poland. These two projects will include high pressure pipes in biaxial and uniaxial designs in

diameters of DN 3600 and DN 3400 manufactured by SUBOR. Following the inspection and approval meeting with the project executives at our Sakarya facilities, the first lot of products has been delivered and field operations have been started.

SUBOR’s collaboration with the huge Montenegrin construction and engineering company Bemax-Hidroenergija is continuing with the Sekular SHPP Project.
