Billing and Recharge Rates

The following are current rates for services provided by Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Occupational Health Services (OHS), Fire Prevention and Teaching & Research Animal Care Services (TRACS). These rates have been approved by the UC Davis Rates Committee. Rates are subject to change, but customers will be notified prior to implementation of new rates.

Rates for Occupational Health Services

UC Davis Occupational Health Services clinic costs are covered by Workman’s Compensation funding that is generated by employee payroll, some services are provided to students and other Non-UC personnel as a convenience to the campus. Rates are being proposed to cover the cost incurred with these services.

*As part of the Hazardous Materials Removal Program, chemical waste recharges have been suspended for academic units 7/1/14 - 6/13/16. Only administrative units will be billed during this period.
