Before installing, please consider the following instructions:

1. Do not install or use TabLines TWE in humid or wet environment.

2. The installation location for the wall mount and cabels has to be deep enough.

3. Select a location with sufficient Wi-Fi signal to make sure that all features of your tablet work correctly. 4. Draw the dimensions on the wall to prepare the notch. The measures/dimensions of the wall cut-out are

different, depending on whether you have bought a TWE tablet wall installation for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 or for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1.

Dimensions for the notch:

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1: 291 x 230 x 15 mm Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1: 219 x 289 x 17 mm

2.2.2 Angles

Depending on the wall, TabLines TWE can be used with or without the provided angles. Mounting without angles:

If the lower case of the TabLines TWE is flat against the wall, you can mount the frame directly on the backside of the wall. You don´t need the angles.

If the distance is too large, attach a piece of wood (e.g.) with the required depth and mount the frame.

Mounting with angles:

If the cavity is too big, you need the angles. Mount the angles for example with two pieces of wood in the notch. Mount the frame on the angles.

Mind the needed depth! 2.2.1 Wall notch

Select an area of the wall and draw the dimensions on it (leightweight walls). Cut out the selected area.

Check the needed depth!

2.2.3 Insert the lower case

Position the lower case on the angles and fix the case with the delivered M4-bolts on the angles (fig. 5).

Make sure that all screws have been tightened!

2.2.4 Adjust the frame

Because of the elongated holes in the lower case you can easily adjust the frame horizontally, even after tightening on the wall. When the TabLines TWE is in the desired position, tighten the screws again.

With the M5-screws you can do minor adjustments of the build-in depth of the frame to correct mistakes from before.

2.2.6 Close the cover case

Hook the case cover into the lower case . Make sure that the cover case is hooked into the screws (fig. 8).

You can still select the homebutton after closing the cover.

After cutting out the notch you can just screw the lower case on the wall. Use the supplied M4 screws .

Instead of the screws, you can also use special glue, foam or tape.

2.3 Mounting on solid walls

2.3.1 Wall notch

Select an area of the wall and draw the dimensions on it.

Cut out or milling the selected area. Check the needed depth! The cover of the TWE has to be later flush on the wall.

3. Anti-theft-protection

Use the provided hex-wrench to screw the safety bolt in front of the case. The safety bolt is already integrated in the case.

The anti-theft-protection prevents, that an unauthorised person can open the case.

Fig. 13: Tighten the security screw

Please note that you can only use this function, if you have purchased a TabLines TWE model with anti-theft-protection. The anti-theft-protection cannot be added subsequently.
