Dear partners,
as you may already know the latest deadlines for the Lifelong Learning Programme (in particular
Leonardo da Vinci and Grundtvig) are approaching, and will select projects for transfer and development of innovation in the training field for the years 2013 to 2015 (more info here).
Our target groups are staff and management of SMEs, students and job seekers, unemployed people and groups at risk of social marginalization.
FOREMA - training organization of Confindustria Padova – supports enterprises that are active in most sectors, particularly in manufacturing (mechanics, electronics, engineering) and tertiary sectors (ICT, communication, engineering).
The strategic priorities on which we would like to work within a Communitarian Partnership are:
- the role of training in fostering the connection between instruction/education systems and the labor market,
- the development of professional skills to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing activities, - the professional placement process, particularly for target groups at risk (young people, disabled people, older workers),
- business start up for employability and territorial development.
And we want to provide our expertise to collaborate in project proposals consistent with our mission and experiences.
I’m then attaching a brief presentation about FOREMA and Confindustria, and invite you to contact us for partnerships within LLP and other programs at European, regional or national level (Cohesion Fund, European Social Fund, European Regional Development Fund, etc.), where our presence can provide an added value.
