Real Estate In-Depth – Terms & Rates (Print)
Deadlines: Real Estate In-Depth is published monthly. We’ll set a specific deadline for receipt of ads, with the deadlinegenerally being five working days prior to publication. We’ll also set a deadline for receipt of materials requiring typesetting or design services, with the deadline generally being 15 days prior to publication.
Terms: Payment in full is due with the insertion order, with the exception of monthly payments for advertisements of six or more insertions. In this case, only the first month's payment is due with the insertion order. Invoices for the subsequent insertions will be issued upon publication and are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Payments may be by check or major credit card.
Real Estate In-Depth is a publication of a not-for-profit organization. We do not pay advertising agency fees. Advertisers
agree to pay for any advertisements that are cancelled after deadline or that are committed but cannot be run due to delivery after deadline. Advertisers also agree that if the number of insertions is reduced (or increased) after the insertion order is executed, their account will be charged (or credited) based upon the published rates for the adjusted number of insertions.
Design Service: We will prepare advertisements for you upon request for an additional charge. Design charges will be billed separately.
Color Ads: Color ads are an extra $250 per insertion.

How to Submit Ads: We accept 200 dpi or greater high resolution PDF or tiff files via email (we do not accept zipped files by email). Minimum ads are 1/8 page. Please email ads to: [email protected].
