I hold a private neurology clinic at BMI Highfield Hospital, Rochdale on Monday evenings from 17.30 - 20.30. This is predominantly to provide an out-patient neurology serice. I very occasionally see claimantss with regard to medicolegal cases at Highfield. I also very occasionally see medicolegal cases at 17 St John Street, Manchester on Tuesday mornings between 09.30 -11.30. I work independently outside the NHS, receiving private referrals from Case Managers, solicitors etc. On occasion, referral for independent work has come via a Trust colleague query, but all private work completed by myself is done in non-Trust time.In addition, I may see a pritave patient on Trust premises where this has been agreed and paid for in line with the protocl for this situation and again, in non-NHS time.

I undertake Clinical Neuropsychology assessments at St Cyril's Neurorehabilitation Unit in Chester for St George's Healthcare and provide supervision for a Clinical

I have entered into a Consulting Agreeement with Stryker UK Ltd. The purpose of this is to be reimbursed for developing and teaching on a Stryker Cadaveric Cervical Spine Teaching Course. This agreement has no influence on my choice of spinal instrumentation.
