This document provides information on selected hotels in the Sophia Antipolis area. The prices have been negotiated for the ETSI Delegates and Experts.
The attached details of preferential conditions are valid at the date of this document but may be subject to change. Should you need more information, please contact Christine Voulgre.
Booking
• Select the hotel as soon as possible; • Call the hotel to ensure availability;
• Make all reservations in your own name, directly with the hotel. Do not use intermediary (e.g. travel agency or airline company);
• Fill in the "Hotel confirmation form" with the associated form in Word version to be completed directly on your PC or fax it to the hotel. You can also use the e-mail addresses provided that the ETSI reservation form is attached.
Cancellation
Call the hotel, 24 hours in advance to confirm thecancellationand keep your cancellation registration number.
NOTE: Please note that the ETSI Secretariat is not able to make reservations for you and cannot be held responsible for any cancellations or "no show".
Sophia Antipolis area has been developed with a high regard for the local environment. This means that there are plenty of trees and flowers but no pavements and on rainy days, journeys from the local hotels to ETSI s’ buildings can be rather uncomfortable for walkers.
