CHARLES “C.J.” STOS, MRED, PRINCIPAL

CJ Stos is a Co-Founder and Principal of SR Commercial (“SRC”). With SRC and throughout his career, Mr. Stos has focused on industrial, office and retail acquisitions, development and brokerage. Mr. Stos was key in the acquisition, entitlement, development and disposition of over $150 mm of industrial real estate product as an executive of a regional development company whose joint venture partner was GE Pension. Prior to his role as Vice-President of Master Development Corporation, Mr. Stos was one of the top office brokers in the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis. He contributed to over 300 lease and sales transactions during his six years with the company, as well as becoming the youngest member to be elected to the Advisory Board of CB Richard Ellis Orange County. In addition to being active in a variety of commercial real estate organizations such as NAIOP and BOMA, Mr. Stos has held a board member position for the University of San Diego Alumni Real Estate Association. He also serves on the Board at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club and is Co-Founder of the Young Presidents of America Society which raises money for charitable causes. He has been a featured speaker a number of times at the University of Southern California as well as at commercial real estate conferences organized by reputable organizations such as Real Share and CREW. Mr. Stos’s career has focused on establishing the visions and strategies necessary to create successful “Value-Add” commercial real estate transactions. Currently, Mr. Stos oversees a portfolio of more than three million square feet of real-estate

In addition to SR Commercial, Mr. Stos is Co-Owner of ARK Management, a regional HOA accounting and management firm. Mr. Stos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from the University of San Diego where he graduated Cum Laude Honors in 2000, as well as a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California.

ADAM S. ROBINSON, CPM, CCIM, SIOR, PRINCIPAL

Adam Robinson is Co-Founder and Principal of SR Commercial (“SRC”) with more than a decade of experience in real estate acquisition, development, operations, and management. Throughout Mr. Robinson’s career, he has been involved in projects with a combined value of $750 mm dollars. Currently, Mr. Robinson oversees a portfolio of more than three million square feet of real-estate. Mr. Robinson’s career has focused on establishing the visions and strategies necessary to create successful “Value-Add” commercial real estate transactions. His experience has been focused in San Diego County and has proven to be successful with a combination of dedication and utilization of a strong network of business and personal contacts.

In addition to SR Commercial, Mr. Robinson is Co-Owner of ARK Management, a regional HOA accounting and management firm. In 2004, Mr. Robinson became the youngest shareholder in the history of Lee & Associates, San Diego County, and in 2007 he was named one of the “Top 30 Under 30” real estate professionals by Real Estate Southern California magazine. Mr. Robinson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrationwith an emphasis in Procurement from the University of San Diego. Mr. Robinson is a licensed real-estate broker in the state of California and holds numerous professional affiliations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial OfficeRealtors (SIOR), Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). He also serves on the Board for (CCIM) and (SIOR).

SOMER REYNOLDS, CPA, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Somer Reynolds (CPA) is the Chief Financial Officer of SR Commercial with over 9 years of experience in the accounting and real estate industries. Ms. Reynolds brings considerable accounting, tax, and management experience to SR Commercial. Prior to joining SR Commercial, she was a Controller for LBA Realty, a full service real estate investment and management company with a diverse portfolio of office and industrial properties throughout the Western United States and more than $4 billion in real estate acquisitions. Ms. Reynolds oversaw the accounting and coordination of operations, reporting, and tax processes for the corporate and management offices and several real estate entities. Previously, Ms. Reynolds practiced public accounting at Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C.(MHM), the top 8 national public firm, and at Considine & Considine, one of the top private CPA firms in San Diego. Her expertise includes tax planning, consulting, audit, reporting, and tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts/estates, and exempt organizations, with a large focus on real estate. Ms. Reynolds graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.S. in Accounting and an Emphasis in Information Technology in 2002. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the California Board of Accountancy.

TIM GUDIM, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Tim Gudim joined SR Commercial as Director of Operations in October 2011 bringing nearly 30 years of both private and institutional transactional experience to the company. Tim has been active in all phases of the commercial real estate business, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and asset management. Tim has handled total transactions valuing in excess of $1 billion and 60 million sf during his career, spanning multiple markets including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, and Phoenix.

Tim began his career in 1982 with Pacifica Holding Co., a privately owned leasing, investment and property management company located in Los Angeles. In 1990, Tim moved to Denver to help start Pacifica’s acquisition, development, leasing, and property management business in that market. From 1990 through 1997, Tim was instrumental in all facets of creating a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties which grew to be the largest privately owned portfolio in Denver totaling 8.5 msf. Pacifica sold the portfolio in 1998 to three separate REITs in a transaction valued in excess of $500 million. Through this transaction, Tim joined First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., a publically traded REIT specializing in the acquisition and development of industrial property throughout the U.S. and was initially responsible for overseeing all aspects of First Industrial’s 4.5 msf Denver portfolio and 26 person staff as Regional Director. Within six months, Tim was promoted by the company to Senior Regional Director and given expanded responsibility to manage and grow First Industrial’s portfolios and offices in Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City, consisting of 18 msf. In December 1998, Tim was promoted to Managing Director-West Region by First Industrial and was charged to expand the company’s investment and development objectives and open new regional offices in the major West Coast markets. Tim added portfolios and opened new regional offices on behalf of First Industrial in Los Angeles (9/03), Portland (2/02) and San Diego(6/02). The West region portfolio totaled 4.4 msf of industrial property prior to selling the Portland portfolio and a substantial portion of the Los Angeles properties in 2003. Tim averaged an annual investment volume of $85 million per year during his six year career as Managing Director of First Industrial. Tim has been awarded twice by First industrial for the company’s top acquisition of the year, and was the youngest and longest serving Managing Director at First Industrial at the time of his resignation. Tim has also been involved as lead manager in several successful Joint Ventures with several opportunistic and institutional partners including The Carlyle Group, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, GE Capital, and Heller Financial.Tim earned a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Economics from The University of California at Los Angeles in 1982.

SABRINA MCCHESNEY, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Sabrina McChesney is a Senior Property Manager at SR Commercial where she oversees the management of a number of commercial properties including the Lake Elsinore MarketPlace a 425,000 square foot retail project anchored by Lowes, Costco, PetSmart and Bed, Bath & Beyond. Prior to joining SR Commercial Ms. McChesney worked for Abrams & Howells Development, LLC as a senior executive and held a variety of roles in which her responsibilities included assisting with acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, management, and development. Currently, she is responsible for the development and implementation of management policies and procedures on behalf of a variety of local and national institutional and entrepreneurial property owners. Ms. McChesney’s primary goal as Property Manager is to preserve and enhance the value of our clients assets through regular communication and feedback from owners and tenants.

JOHN FARIZELL, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

John Farizell is a Senior Property Manager at SRC currently overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and associations throughout Southern California. Mr. Farizell began his professional career in the mortgage field, at Atlantic Bancorp in 2001; his tenacious work ethic allowed him to rapidly move up the ladder – progressing from loan processor, to loan agent, and finally branch manager within 3 years. In 2005, John went on to work as General Manager for Golden Gate Realty, where he managed a department of real estate agents. In addition to his role as General Manager, John was also at the forefront of the Residential and Association Management Division of Golden Gate Realty. In 2009, John and his family moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to San Diego County, where he began working at Investors Property Management Group. In this role, John managed a portfolio of over 25 industrial, retail, and office properties and was responsible for more than 200 tenants throughout the Greater San Diego Area. Mr. Farizell’s multifaceted background provides a strong base for SRC’s management team.
