OUR TEAM

Whether you are a first-time investor or own multiple properties, running an investment property can come with challenges under all types of market conditions. This requires the expertise of a seasoned property manager to maintain your investment and prime you for returns.

Our expert team delivers comprehensive property management with a specific focus on the apartment sector. With our proven track record in the industry, we maintain a proactive and future conscious approach to achieve the best results and peace of mind for our clients.

We operate in a multi-faceted industry that requires excellent communication and organisational skills. We work tirelessly to minimise risk, whilst priming your asset to ensure the optimal rental return in line with current market trends.

OUR PROCESS

Property Management is many faceted and requires excellent communication skills, organisation skills and dedication to provide you with a service that minimises risk and maintains your asset to ensure the best capital growth of your property.

Our property management team work closely together to ensure each step of the leasing process is taken care of on your behalf.

Commence your Management Tenant Screening Manage your Property Leasing

Your first point of contact will be with our Business Development Manager who looks after the appraisal process and signing of the management authority.

Once the management authority is signed and your property is ready to lease, our Executive Leasing Specialist will look after advertising your property and finding suitable tenants.

After tenants have made their applications to rent your property our Assistant Property Managers will process and screen the tenants along with other administration required to ensure the Lease is signed.

Upon successful selection of a suitable tenant, your assigned Property Manager will then look after the day-to-day management of your property throughout the lease period and will be your main point of contact.

Our Leasing and Business Development Manager looks after the appraisal of your property, signing of the Management Authority and provides you advice on how to prepare your property for lease as well as finding a suitable tenant by advertising your property.

LEASING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Kiarna Blythman

Kiarna is responsible for providing market appraisals for new properties including signing necessary paperwork involved when leasing out your property.

Along with the initial steps in managing your apartment, Kiarna also looks after the leasing of properties providing advice on preparing your apartment and marketing to find suitable tenants.

Along with Kiarna’s 9 years of experience in the industry, her initiative and thinking outside the box helps owners stay ahead of the trends.

Our Property Management Assistants play an important role in the leasing process as they are responsible for processing the tenant applications and performing the screening of the tenants including checking national databases and references.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANTS

Gabriella Cable

Gabi joined our team in 2020 with 3 years prior experience to provide support to our Property Managers.

With her experience from previous jobs in the industry Gabi stepped into this role brining valuable knowledge with her. Gabi’s can-do attitude and efficiency in her role when processing tenant applications makes her an asset to the team.

Our property management team work closely together with open communication ensuring a seamless process from leasing through to day-to-day management of your property.

Our Senior Property Manager is responsible for managing the team along with managing her portfolio ensuring her owners are looked after.

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Tammy Smith

Tammy has 14 years of experience as a Senior Property Manager and has been in the industry for 17 years. Tammy brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and ensures our Property Managers have the guidance they require when dealing with complex situations.

Along with Tammy’s years of experience she has worked with the same team since 2015.

PROPERTY MANAGERS

Property Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of your property by looking after your tenants needs whilst also ensuring they are looking after your property. Amongst other tasks, this can include arranging maintenance, organising invoice payments, attending meetings and inspections and preparing lease renewals.

Deanne Almond

Deanne has worked in the property management industry since 2015 starting out as a Property Management

Assistant and becoming a qualified Property Manager within the first year.

Bringing a bubbly personality to the team along with her friendly nature keeps her owners extremely happy.

Deanne is responsible for properties in the city and south-western fringe areas.

Brooke Simpson

Brooke has worked as a Property Manager for 4 years and has an additional 3 years’ experience in the property industry.

Whilst managing her portfolio Brooke’s likeable nature makes it easy to communicate with owners and tenants alike.

Brooke looks after our properties in Fremantle and surrounding areas.

Allanah Pearson

Allanah has 9 years of experience in the property industry and started with M/Property in 2019.

With a keen eye for detail, Allanah specialises in furnished properties and brings her well-organised nature to the team.

Allanah is responsible for managing properties in the city and eastern-fringe areas.
