the early stages, joining efforts with
our clients, architects, landlords and
suppliers to review the construction
procedures and confirm document
requirements, before commencing
any construction. We may also assist
obtaining all related government
permits, and being fully insured,
including Workmen’s Compensation
and Public Responsibility insurance,
among other important requirements.

Major retail shopping malls have a very
well defined procedure for any tenant
project. Generally, they have parking,
noise, dust control and security issues.
Having everyone meet to discuss and
fully understand the requirements, will
hopefully prevent problems arising
during the project. The building may
not be accessible to contractors, during
“normal business hours”. This is an
important consideration, but JRuiz is
accustomed to perform and get the
job done even if all the work must be
performed at night.
