LENGTH: PURPOSE: OBJECTIVE:This program is designed to prepare participants to take the PHR or sPHR national certification exam. using the sHRM Learning system materials, participants gain valuable training and preparation for the national exam. it is also an excellent professional development tool for those looking to enhance or refresh their human resource skills.
Partnering with Wci offers you an excellent way to study for the exam. in addition to the sHRM Learning system materials, which are included in the cost of the program, participants learn from Wci’s experienced sPHR certified instructors.
The success rate for those who have participated in the Wci prep program is over 80%, compared to the national average which is around 60%. Plus, our program is guaranteed. if for whatever reason a participant fails to successfully pass the exam after attending this program, they can repeat the course for only the cost of the materials.
