This timetable is for the following programs

> Graduate Certificate of Law

> Master of Laws (including Environmental Law; Government & Regulation; International Law; International Security Law; Law, Governance & Development; Legal Practice; Migration)

> Master of Laws (Legal Practice) (LP)

> Master of Legal Practice – completion courses (MLP completion)

> Juris Doctor – electives for online and on-campus programs

Please read first

> Students in the Graduate Certificate of Law must complete LAWS8586 Law & Legal Institutions before any other courses.

> Students who hold an Australian law degree are notallowed to take any of the following courses: Fundamentals of Environmental Law (FEL), Law & Legal Institutions (LLI), Legal Framework of Regulation (LFR). Students who hold an overseas law degree are normally required to do at least one of these fundamentals courses at the beginning of their program.

> Prerequisites vary depending on the program you are studying. Please check the course prerequisite statement and your program requirements on ANU Programs and Courses before you enrol.

> Students in the JD on-campus must have completed or be completing 5 x 6100 level courses prior to enrolling in any Masters electives. Students in the JD online must have completed LAWS8712 prior to enrolling in any Masters electives. JD students can choose any electives except those noted under Specialisation(s).

> Graduation: please note that courses scheduled in late Autumn are not guaranteed to have results in time for July graduation. Courses held in late Winter and in Spring are not guaranteed to have results processed in time for December graduation.
