Sri Gokulam College of Nursing is an off shoot of Sri Gokulam Hospitals Private Limited, committed to promote education, impart training in a multi speciality, 340 bedded inhouse hospitals in the Health Sciences and helping youngsters to get employed in Hospitals of our country and abroad.

Sri Gokulam Hospitals Private Limited has lit the unfailing lamp of Nursing Education for the benefit of aspiring students who will otherwise be scrambling for a job for years.

LOCATION

The Institute is located at NH Road, Near Kondalampatty Bye pass and the Parent hospital (Sri Gokulam Hospital) is quite nearer to the New Bus Stand and Salem Railway Junction.

The Institute offers Excellent Hostel accomodation facilities within the College Premises. LIBRARY :

The College has a fullfledged library functioning round the clock. MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION :

English shall be the medium of instruction for all the subjects of study and for examinations. ELIGIBILITY :

a) Age Limit : To see under different courses of studies.

b) The Date of birth & age as entered in the Transfer Certificate issued after completion of

H.S.C.(Academic), CBSE, ISC, or any other equivalent course shall alone be accepted. Admissions are done as per the rules of the Govt. of Tamilnadu and on the direction of the Supreme Court.

Anyone found guilty of ragging and / or abetting ragging, whether actively or passively, or being a part of a conspiracy to promote ragging, is liable to be punished in accordance with UGC Act 1956 under "UGC Regulations on Curbing The Menace of Ragging In Higher Educational Institutions, 2009" as well as under the provision of any Penal Law. SRI GOKULAM HOSPITAL BACKGROUND :

Sri Gokulam Hospital, the first private hospital under corporate sector in Salem, Started in 1988 with the bed strength of 100, to fulfil the health care needs of the region comprising the districts of Salem, Namakkal, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, South Arcot and the bordering areas of the neighbouring districts of North Arcot, Erode and Trichy.
