Our employees receive signiﬁcant training and education to perform their jobs eﬀectively. We encourage and support them to continue developing their skills. We pay for our Marketing Consultants to obtain their life and health licenses, and as appropriate, obtain FINRA-securities licenses. We provide sales coaching from both internal and external experts. DBHC Life Insurance Divisionis a full-capacity unit that assists with
long-term care solutions, estate planning and traditional life insurance needs. This division provides value to advisors by providing case design, supplemental income strategies, illustration assistance, and case management oversight.
DBHC Advisory Network is dedicated to working with broker-dealers and
registered representatives to meet the retirement needs of their clients. We are the leaders of digital wholesaling to registered reps and provide high-touch support, training and service through webinars, videos, DBHC University and online tools. The wholesalers and management team supporting this division are all FINRA-securities licensed.

Dressander and Associates
In 1977, Virgil Dressander founded Dressander and Associates, a life insurance FMO with the mission to “help agents turn their dreams into realities.” As the company grew and prospered, his sons, Mike and Cam, joined the business and continued to build the company’s reputation as an FMO based on the foundation of integrity and strong relationships. In the mid-1990s, the leadership trio added ﬁxed annuity products to their business mix, anticipating the growing need for this product solution among the aging baby boomer population. Together, Virgil and his sons built the company into one of the largest FMOs in the country.
Founded in 1988, BHC Marketing was known in the industry for providing independent insurance agents with an abundance of value-added programs to get them in front of more qualiﬁed prospects and close more business. BHC was one of the ﬁrst FMOs to oﬀer brand-building tools such as customizable websites, newsletters and direct mail.
Futurity First Financial Corporation (FFFC) purchased Dressander and
Associates and BHCMarketing in 2010. The two companies operated
side-by-side until July 2013,when they formally merged together into one
powerful FMO. DBHC is a leaderin the ﬁxed annuity industry and provides
secure retirement solutions toclients nationwide.

FFFC is a rapidly growing independent distribution company focusing on the sale of annuities, life insurance and other ﬁnancial products. They are a fast-paced oﬃce, backed by a private equity ﬁrm, Aquiline Capital Partners.

Naperville is a thriving suburb of Chicago. In recent years, it’s been ranked
as the second-best place to live in the United States by Money magazine,
ﬁrst on the list of best cities for early retirement by Kiplinger and one of the
nation’s safest cities by USAToday. Dressander|BHC recently moved to a
completely renovated 5,000 square foot oﬃce space in Naperville.
