THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Studio Goddess event. This deposit is used at scheduling to cover the initial expenses associated with hosting your event – your instructor booking fee, venue rental, and insurance for your event. This deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions will be made to this policy.

PRIVATE EVENT POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All reservations are subject to a non-refundable deposit of $100. Should you need to cancel, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded for any reason. Parties cancelled less than14-days prior to the scheduled party date will be subject to satisfying the remaining balance - no exceptions. We are happy to reschedule your party with a minimum14-day notice. Rescheduled parties are subject to availability. Should you need to reschedule your event within 14 days of your original booking, your initial deposit will be applied to your originally scheduled event. Final guest count must be provided 7-days prior to your event. This number can not be changed once your final invoice has been created.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

Your party will end at the original end time. Parties unable to arrive

within15-minutes of the original start time will be cancelled and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. All guests should arrive prior to your scheduled start time. Once your party has started,

additional guests will not be permitted to join.

ALCOHOL POLICY:

Please save your activities that involve heavy drinking for after your Studio

Goddess experience. Attempting to participate in class while intoxicated is dangerous. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the studio or in the parking lot. An additional $25 fee will be added to your total for each alcoholic beverage brought onto the Studio Goddess property. A champagne toast will be provided to guests over 21 during the Goddess and So Extra Parties. Our policy is for your safety and the safety of others. Studio Goddess reserves the right to refuse champagne and service to any client who arrives intoxicated. If at any point during your party your instructor feels a participant is intoxicated, they will be ask to cease participation.

ENTRY POLICY: The studio opens 10-minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Early arrivals will wait outside the building until doors open. Form a line, have I.D. ready, be sure all guests have completed the waiver of liability online. This waiver must be completed by each guest prior to entry.

EXIT POLICY: Upon completion of your party, we ask that you exit the building. You will be escorted to exit the building at the end of your scheduled experience. Please plan accordingly by having your transportation booked in advance or ordering an Uber 5-minutes prior to your scheduled end time. Your instructor will provide a gentle notification when your session is coming to an end. If you would like photos please be sure to capture them during your scheduled experience time. You may also use this time to enjoy our Selfie-Guided Gulch Tour.

ADDITIONAL FEES

STUDIO RENTAL: We ask that you exit at the completion of your event. If your party requires extra

time to change and groom before leaving the studio, please make arrangement to secure studio time prior to your event. We understand that many times our guests are having so much fun, they simply do not want to leave. Please be respectful of the next guests’ scheduled time and exit the building promptly at the end of your experience. Should your party need additional time following your scheduled exit time for photos, waiting for transport, to change, or any other reason you are unable to exit, the following studio rental rates will be charged to the card on file.

10 Minutes After Your Scheduled End Time $50

• 15 Minutes After Your Scheduled End Time $75

30 Minutes After Your Scheduled End Time $150

CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee will be applied to the card on file to cover the additional cleaning requirements and expenses associated with the following items.

• Feather Boas $50

• Shoe / Polish Markings On Professional Dance Floors $50

• Irresponsible Drinker Sanitation Fee $500

• Other $50+

EQUIPMENT / ART DAMAGE FEE: In the event an item is damaged on behalf of your private event, the cost of replacement, labor, and loss will be applied to the card on file. To avoid damage please note the following:

• Remove rings and jewelry for pole and aerial classes

Socks or sneakers only on professional dance flooring

• Omit body lotions and oils prior to your event

Avoid standing on furniture

• Refrain from touching art installations

• No outside food or beverages

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

PERSONAL ITEMS: Your personal items will be in the room with you during the dancing portion of your activity. Please do not leave your personal items unattended in common areas or place them where they may be stepped on. Studio Goddess is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged. Keep your items with you during your event.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY: You may take photos during your event. We ask that you refrain from videoing the instructional portion of your experience until your instructor has authorized videoing.

STUDIO GODDESS ETIQUETTE

We understand that for some clients this may be your first experience in a dance studio. We are excited to welcome you for your first dance class!

Here are a few tips concerning dance studio etiquette that you should know.

• We are a professional dance studio and art gallery. Please enjoy our facility as intended.

• The building opens 10-minutes prior to your class. Early arrivals will wait outside.

• Exit at the end of your class. You will be escorted to the exit at the end of your class.

• If you wish to have additional time for photos please book the appropriate add-on.

• Our indoor mural tour is reserved for VIGs - Goddess Party Guests. Not included in Basic option.

• Everyone entering the building will be included in your package pricing.

• Do not bring alcoholic beverages onto the premises. You and your drink will be asked to leave.

• Be kind to fellow participants, staff, and instructors - negativity is prohibited.

• Remember, you have nothing to prove, so let loose and unleash your inner goddess!

• Clients arriving intoxicated will be asked to leave.

Pay invoice in advance or have payment ready upon arrival.

• Remove shoes and jewelry at the start of class. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Avoid using the word "stripper". SG instructors are professionally trained dancers and aerialists.

• If you spill something, let us know. We will happily clean it up.

• Please be respectful of other classes in progress and their privacy.

• Please wait for instruction before approaching an apparatus.

• No champagne or drinks outside of designated areas.

• Do not put your personal items on the dance floor where they may be stepped on.

Exit the studio at the end of your class.

• Plan to tip your instructor 15-20% of your total party cost. Cash payment suggested.

• Custom choreography is available with notice. Industry standard is $100/minute.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q1: When Should We Arrive?

10 minutes is plenty of time to check-in. Please have payment ready upon arrival. The studio opens 10-minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Arriving more than 10-10-minutes prior to your scheduled start time will result in waiting outside the facility.

Q2: How Do You Accept Payment?

Please have payment ready upon arriving to Studio Goddess. If you are collecting payment from your party guests, please do so prior to arrival. Your remaining balance should be paid to Studio Goddess in one payment via cash, credit, or debit card. We do not accept personal checks. Credit card transactions will be subject to a processing fee of 3.8%. Save 3.8% when you pay your balance by cash payment. Q3: What Should We Bring?

• Your ID

• Socks

• Face Mask (currently required by the city of Nashville)

We will provide everything else you need for your party! Please leave the following at home:

• rings and other jewelry

• feather boas

• alcoholic beverages

• shoes with hard and/or dark rubber soles

• shoes missing taps on heels

• luggage

• children – We are unable to permit entrance to anyone under 18 years old

Q4: What Do We Wear?

Please dress comfortably and in workout attire. Leggings and a t-shirt work best for all classes. Aerial classes require leggings. For all other classes, you may wear anything that you can easily move in. POLE & AERIAL CLASSES: No RINGS or Jewelry - No exceptions.

Please remove all jewelry. If you have on rings, you will be asked to remove them to avoid damage to our equipment, as well as injury to yourself. No lotion on the day of the party please. Lotion will make you very slippery and can be hazardous.

Q5: Should We Bring Shoes?

We highly recommend sneakers for the Southern Swagger Party. For all other parties, we require socks. We ask that you do not wear boots or heels on our professional dance floor. If you would like to wear boots for the Southern Swagger class, you will be instructed in an alternative area.

Q6: Can We Take Photos & Videos

You may take photos at any time during your party. Please see our video policy below. No videos are allowed during the instructional period. Our instructors are happy to video you and your group at the end of class. You will have time at the end of your party to freestyle, take group photos, and videos.

file that you can share with your other party guests. Our instructors are happy to video you performing your routine; however, should you wish for the instructor to participate in the video (visual and/or auditory) the $19.99 fee will be applied towards your balance.

Q8: Is Gratuity Included In Pricing?

Gratuity is not included in total pricing. Please plan to provide gratuity when collecting payment from your group. We recommend you tip your instructor directly with cash or Venmo at the time of service. The average tip is 15-20% of your total party cost.

Q9: Will Our Instructor Dance For Us?

Your party pricing does not include an instructor performance. Performing is at the sole discretion of your instructor. Our instructors are professional aerial acrobats, international competitors, movement artists, and performers; and will provide a performance at the end of your party if requested. To

Q10: Can We Change At The Studio?

Unfortunately due to city regulations in response to COVID-19, our dressing rooms and locker rooms must remain closed. We ask that you arrived dressed and ready for your event.

Q11: Can We Bring Alcohol?

NO. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. We are a professional dance studio, not a bar. Please treat our facility as such. Do not bring alcoholic beverages on the premises. Groups drinking outside alcoholic beverages on the premises will be asked to leave immediately. Our Goddess Party package includes a champagne toast for participants 21 years of age or older, followed by a mimosa to take with you when you exit. Due to TN state laws, safety, and liability purposes, we DO NOT allow outside alcoholic beverages.

Q12: Can My Friend Not Participate But Watch The Class?

Each guest inside the studio during your party will be included in your total pricing. They are receiving the same instruction regardless of participation. Please advise your guests in advance that we do not allow auditors or spectators. Guest who choose not to participate, but wish to be present, will be included in your party pricing.

Q13: What If A Guest Is Pregnant?

We often have women participate in our classes as late as 9 months into their pregnancies. We will modify the movements to ensure safety for mother and baby. We encourage you consult your doctor to confirm you may participate in light exercise. If a pregnant guest is in attendance they will be included in the total charge should they choose not to participate.

Q14: How Close Are You To Downtown, Do You Recommend Transportation To The Studio?

We are located downtown Nashville, and just one block from The Gulch. We are approximately one mile from Broadway. We often have clients who walk from their downtown hotel. We recommend using Uber or Lyft if you need a car service. Please arrange for your car service to pick you up no later than 5 minutes after your party. If you forget to call a cab, we asked that you exit the studio as we prepare for the next party.

Q15: Do You Offer Parking?

Yes. We have a free private lot for our clients. Should our front lot be full, we have an additional 40 spaces behind our building. If you park in the back, please use the front entrance.

Q16: What Is My Remaining Balance?

Q17: Will We Have Our Own Pole or Fabric? Most likely no. Although we have the largest pole and aerial studio in the southeast, pole and aerial fitness classes are intended to be a partnered experience for safety purposes. Even elite level athletes find holding and supporting their own body weight for extended periods of time to be challenging. It has been our experience that this statement also applies to novice pole dancers and aerial students.
