1.“COSMOTE Home Double Play 4 S” (12 month commitment)

This program offers unlimited broadband connection at 4 Mbps.

The monthly fee is 20,244 € (VAT excluded) or 25,10 € (VAT 24% included). The program charge appears as standalone in the customer bill and includes the current monthly charge of Landline rental and the broadband connection at 4 Mbps.

For customers with landlines with 2 channels, the corresponding monthly fee increases by 4,472 € or 5,54 € (VAT 24% included) for customers with landlines with 2 channels DDI the corresponding monthly fee increases by 6,171 € or 7,65 € (VAT 24% included).

Calls for local and long distance are charged per minute at the rate of 0,04878 €/min (VAT excluded) or 0,0605 €/min (VAT 24% included). Part of the call duration which is less than minute is accounted as one minute.

Calls for fixed to mobile are charged per minute at the rate of 0,10569 €/min (VAT excluded) or 0,1311 €/min (VAT 24% included). Part of the call duration which is less than minute is accounted as one minute.

For the provision of “COSMOTE Home Double Play Basic 4 S”, the customer is engaged for 12 months, by signing a contract. In case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 12 month period, a de-activation fee of 69,106 € (VAT excluded) or 85,69 € (VAT 24% included) is charged.

2.“COSMOTE Home Double Play 4 M” (12 month commitment)

This program offers residential customers of Landlines, 250 minutes of national telephony within and outside OTE network and unlimited broadband connection at 4 Mbps.

The monthly fee is 21,870 € (VAT excluded) or 27,12 € (VAT 24% included). The program charge will appear separately in the customer bill and will include the current onthly charge of the Landline rental fee, the usage of 250 minutes of national calls and the broadband connection at 4 Mbps.

For customers with Landlines with 2 channels, the corresponding monthly fee increases by 4,472 € or 5,54 € (VAT 24% included) and for customers with Landlines with 2 channels DDI the corresponding monthly fee increases by 6,171 € or 7,65 € (VAT 24% included).

Prepaid time consumption to fixed or mobile will be calculated per minute. After the completion of the prepaid time of 250 minutes, all local and long distance calls within and outside OTE network will be charged per minute at a rate of 0,04878 €/min (VAT excluded) or 0,0605 €/min (VAT 24% included).

Calls fixed to mobile will be charged per minute at the rate of 0,10569 €/min (VAT excluded) or 0,1311 €/min (VAT 24% included). The duration will be rounded up to the next whole minute.

3.“COSMOTE Home Double Play 4 L” (12 month commitment)

This program offers unlimited telephony for local and long distance calls within and outside OTE network, 30 free minutes for fixed to mobile as well as unlimited broadband connection at 4 Mbps.

The monthly fee is 27,56 € (VAT excluded) or 34,18 € (VAT 24% included) .

The program charge will appear separately in the customer bill and will include the current monthly charge of Landline rental, unlimited telephony for local and long distance calls , 30 minutes of fixed to mobile calls and the broadband connection at 4 Mbps.

Fixed to mobile calls are charged per minute at the rate of 0,10569 €/min (VAT excluded) or 0,1311 €/min (VAT 24% included). The duration will be rounded up to the next whole minute.

For the provision of “COSMOTE Home Double Play 4 L, the customer is engaged for 12 months, by signing a contract. In case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 12 month period, a de-activation fee of 77,236 € (VAT excluded) or 95,77 € (VAT 24% included) will be charged.

4.“COSMOTE Home Double Play 4 XL ” (12 month commitment)

The monthly fee is 30,81 € (VAT excluded) or 38,21 € (VAT 24% included).

The program charge will appear separately in the customer bill and will include the current monthly charge of Landline rental fee, unlimited telephony for local and long distance calls, 150 minutes of fixed to mobile calls and the broadband connection at 4 Mbps.

Prepaid time consumption to mobile will be calculated per minute. After the consumption of prepaid time, fixed to mobile calls are charged per minute at the rate of 0,10569 €/min (VAT excluded) or 0,1311 €/min (VAT 24% included). The duration will be rounded up to the next whole minute.

For the provision of “COSMOTE Home Double Play 4 XL”, the customer is engaged for 12 months, by signing a contract. In case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 12 month period, a de-activation fee of 77,236€ (VAT excluded) or 95,77 € (VAT 24% included) will be charged.

5.“COSMOTE Home Double Play 4 S” (18 month commitment)

The monthly fee for the first 18 months is 17,805 € (VAT excluded) or 22,08 € (VAT

24% included) and for the remaining months the regular monthly fee of 20,244 €

The monthly fee is 26,748 € (VAT excluded) or 33,17 € (VAT 24% included). The program charge will appear separately in the customer bill and will include the current monthly charge of Landline rental fee, the usage of 250 minutes of national calls and the broadband connection at 24 Mbps.

For customers with Landlines with 2 channels, the corresponding monthly fee increases by 4,472 € or 5,54 € (VAT 24% included) and for customers with Landline with 2 channels DDI line the corresponding monthly fee increases by 6,171 € or 7,65 € (VAT 24% included).

11.“COSMOTE Home Double Play 24 XL” (12 month commitment)

For the provision of “COSMOTE Home Double Play 24 L”, the customer is engaged for 18 months, by signing a contract. In case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 18 month period, a de-activation fee of 101,626 € (VAT excluded) or 126,02 € (VAT 24% included) will be charged.

This program offers customers of Landlines, unlimited local and long distance calls

The program charge will appear as standalone in the customer bill and will include the current monthly charge of Landline rental fee. Calls for fixed to mobile are calls are charged per minute at the rate of 0,10569 €/min (VAT excluded) or 0,1311 €/min (VAT 24% included). Part of the call duration which is less than minute is accounted as one minute.

OTE provides residential customers with limited international telephony package to fixed & mobile destinations in 30 countries (with exceptions). The monthly charge is 4,878 € (VAT excluded) or 6,05 € (VAT 24% included).

The 30 countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, United Kingdom, U.S.A., Japan, Spain, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal. Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey, Czech. Republic, Finland. For the provision of the program above, the customer is engaged for 12 months, by signing a contract. In case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 12 month period, a de-activation fee of 16,23 € (VAT excluded) or 20,13 € (VAT 24% included) is charged. The program offers 300 minutes for fixed international calls & 100 minutes of mobile international calls for the 30 above mentioned countries. The time consumtion rate is per second. After the consumption of international calls to fixed & mobile destinations of 30 countries, will be charged according to internaional calling tariffs.

34. “COSMOTE Home International Albania

OTE provides residential customers with limited international telephony package to fixed & mobile destinations in Albania (with exceptions)The monthly charge is 6,504 € (VAT excluded) or 8,06 € (VAT 24% included).

For the provision of the program above, the customer is engaged for 12 months, by signing a contract. In case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 12 month period, a de-activation fee of 16,23 € (VAT excluded) or 20,13 € (VAT 24% included) is charged. The program offers 120 minutes for fixed international calls & 100 minutes of mobile international calls to Albania. The time consumtion rate is per second. After the consumption of international calls to fixed & mobile destinations of Albania, will be charged according to internaional calling tariffs.

OTE provides residential customers with limited international telephony package to fixed & mobile destinations in 30 countries (with exceptions). The monthly charge is 4,878 € (VAT excluded) or 6,05 € (VAT 24% included).

The 6 countries are: Bulgaria, Serbia, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, F.Y.R.O.M. For the provision of the program above, the customer is engaged for 12 months, by signing a contract. In case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 12 month period, a de-activation fee of 16,23 € (VAT excluded) or 20,13 € (VAT 24% included) is charged. The program offers 180 minutes for fixed international calls & 60 minutes of mobile international calls for the 6 above mentioned countries. The time consumtion rate is per second. After the consumption of international calls to fixed & mobile destinations of 30 countries, will be charged according to internaional calling tariffs.

36. “COSMOTE Multi ISDN”

The customer of a Landline with 2 channels connection can have 3 additional MSN numbers. The charge is 1,50 € or 1,86 € with VAT 24% per month.

37. “COSMOTE Home FOR PENSIONERS” (

Pensioners more than 65 years old can have discount up to 1,00 € or 1,24 € with VAT 24% per month for local calls and up to 0,50 € or 0,63 € with VAT 24% per month for long distance calls.

38. “COSMOTE Home Telephony FOR YOUR COUNTRY HOME”

This program applies to a secondary or countryside residence (Landline only).

1. Operation time of a fixed line belonging to this program is limited to 6 months per year as follows:

 from 15/12 to 15/1 of the forthcoming year  15 days before and 15 days after Easter  from 1/6 to 30/9 in a yearly basis

The corresponding fixed monthly charge of Landlines belonging to this program is analogous to the months of operation (i.e.6 months) of the Landline.

2. If the customer deactivates the program earlier than the 12 month engagement period a deactivation fee equal to all the remaining fixed monthly rental fee is applied.

39. “COSMOTE Home Telephony FOR YOUR COUNTRY HOME AND

WEEKENDS”

This add-on program to “COSMOTE Home Telephony For your Country Home” offers additional operation of the Landline connection for all the weekends of the year that do not belong to the above-mentioned 6 month period. This includes any bank holiday that precedes or follows the weekend too.

This is offered with an extra charge of 2,125 € per month (2,64 VAT 24% included). If the customer deactivates the program earlier than the 12 month engagement period a deactivation fee equal to all the remaining fixed monthly extra fee is applied.
