You receive a dedicated telephone number 011 966 XXXX or 0861 XXX XXX.

Forward existing landlines and mobile phones to allocated number, or use it as your primary contact number.

Calls are answered by agents, in your company name.

Calls are either transferred or a message is taken and you are notified of the caller. You decide when you want agents to transfer calls or take messages.

Look credible to your customers and business partners. They think they have just spoken with your receptionist.

Calls are answered in your company name.

On registration you will receive a dedicated telephone number which can be used as your primary contact number, or to divert calls to using Call Forward – any calls to your existing number will be answered by our agents in our office. To activate Call Forward,

contact Telkom on 10217.

Calls received activates a pop-up. A pop-up is a window that opens on the agent’s computer with information on how to answer the phone call along with any call to action. This enables the agent to correctly answer your call and to act on instructions such as transferring the call or taking a message, also to ask specific questions if necessary.

If you have a list of information you need form each caller, no problem. Our agents will run through the questions and email you the results.

A message is sent to you or the call is transferred.

Once the agent has recorded the caller’s details, a notification is sent. The notification can be sent to anybody in your organization. You may have several departments such as: sales, accounts, technical, admin, HR, etc.

Plus a copy of the message can be sent to management as well.

Notifications are sent immediately via sms or email. It takes just a few seconds to receive them.

When calls are transferred, the agent will ask the caller’s name then put them on hold while the agent calls you (or appropriate person in your organization). If you are available the call is connected; if not, the agent will notify the caller and take a message which is sent to you. As far as the caller is concerned, they have just spoken with your receptionist.

Receive your messages.

You receive your messages on your mobile, by email or both.

Our system can send the same message to multiple people in your organization. A message may be sent to a consultant as well as management allowing for quality control and follow up.

At your discretion, you can alternate between accepting calls when you’re available or have our agents take messages when you’re not.

Need more info than just a name & number?

No problem!

We can design a script that triggers when an agent takes your call. The script walks the agent through a questionnaire capturing info, which is emailed to you.

For example; in addition to name and contact number, you may need further info to assist your call back:

•E-mail;

•Postal address;

•Marriage Status;

•Work status

•ID Number;

•Where they saw your ad;

•Etc.

Equipment

Work With Me utilizes a PRI Telecommunication system and Microwave dish to feed 30 Channels of information into the PABX /server.

Incoming calls route via the server to an agents work station enabling them to answer your calls.

The system manages and routes multiple calls continuously, ensuring your calls are not met with an engaged tone.

The entire system is coupled to a battery back up system allowing the agents to work uninterrupted during electricity down times.
