MSc HRM: Career Prospects

Broad variety of HRM-relevant positions in all kinds of organizations:

- HR officer on recruitment and selection, or training and development; - HR manager;

- Personnel consultant, management consultant.

Besides a professional career, graduates may opt for an academic career and take the Research Master (1 additional year) after which they can apply for a PhD position.

Training in Research Skills in Thesis Preparation (3 EC):

How to develop a research question, embed a research question in literature, collect data, use statistical procedures to analyze data, and write a research report.

Training in Professional Skills (2 EC) that are highly relevant for performing professional jobs in the HRM field (personal

effectiveness, interpersonal communication, negotiation, team functioning, leadership).
