Buckle Series Rules

A trophy/prize will be awarded to the highest aggregate of a LTHCC member for three of their four shows in ALL Non Pro events plus Youth, Snafflebit, Intro To Cutting and Station Cutting.

A trophy/prize will be award to the highest aggregate of horse owned by a LTHCC Member in three of their four shows in ALL Open Events.

Trophy/Prize will be awarded to winning owner.

The aggregate begins once you pay your membership. Memberships are 1 July 2017 – 30 June 2018.

Intro to Cutting & Station Cutting

‘Intro to Cutting’ & ‘Station Cutting’ events are open to any rider that has not won three cutting events in their lifetime. They can ride any horse, either one or two handed.

Horse does not need to be owned by the rider. Both ‘Intro to Cutting’ & ‘Station

Cutting’ events are club events and are not NCHA affiliated. Day member

fees apply for all non-NCHA members.

Day Member Fees

All Day Member Fee’s - $22.00 (You have to be either an NCHA member or

become a day member to ride within the arena, this includes lopers!)

Incidents

All incidents must be reported to the show management during the show.

Camping

Must be booked and paid in advance. $50.00 flat rate.

Yards

Must be booked and paid for in advance - $50 flat rate for duration of show. Excellent horse facility’s! Tape yards are permitted – to be built in open parking area.

Parking/Power

No parking zones will be marked accordingly. Power is $50 flat rate for duration of show. Please note that power can blow at this venue – please be mindful of others!

Manure

All competitors are required to clean up after their horses.

All manure and hay must be picked up and placed in the manure pits provided.

Waiver (Must be signed and dated)

As a condition of participation in this event all officers, employees, members, agents and representatives of the LTHCC are hereby released from all claims, demands or causes of action of any kind of nature whatsoever, whether now existing or hereafter accrue, on account of any damage, cost of expense (i) as a result of any bodily injury, loss or damage to any animal, equipment or other personal property, from any cause whatsoever, and (ii) as a result of the interpretation of enforcement of the NCHA or the LTHCC and its Directors, its Constitution, Bylaws, Rules or Regulations and the risk of any such damage, cost or expense which may occur by reason of foregoing is hereby assumed and

accepted. This waiver is binding on the undersigned as well as all riders, grooms, and other helpers associated with the participation of the horse(s) described herein in this event and the undersigned indemnifies the LTHCC from all claims, demands or causes of action based on any of the foregoing.
