share the details of drawings required to be submitted and days required from your end to get approval
Delivery period has been revised upto 65 Days instead of 30 Days. Hence, all the activities shall be completed within 65 Days. All documents related to installation shall be
submitted after work
completion. This shall include installation procedure & as built details. No drawing approval is required during the work.

As per clause#5.6.1 - we understand that the payment term as
a. 90% of the materials along with taxes in full will be
paid on pro-rata basis on receipt at stores
b. balance 10% of materials and erection & commissioning charges, taxes in full will be released
after commissioning and final acceptance.
Kindly share the details of acceptance procedure for releasing 90% of material cost on receipt of materials at stores on pro-rata basis. Kindly share the details of Final acceptance procedure for releasing balance 10% of material value and 100% of I&C charges

Who will supply the Camera mounting poles OR is it to be fixed on existing poles?
All cameras are to be installed
on existing poles using
mounting frame. Mounting frames are to be provided by supplier.

How the 3 core x 2.5 sq.mm, 1 100V grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multistrand, flexible cable is to be laid? It is not advisable to lay both OFC & this cable in the same duct.
