Production to perfection

Berghof test engineering and quality assu-rance show their strengths wherever abso-lute precision is required. Whether in auto-mobile production plants or in other sectors, Berghof provides the highest degree of perfection. Traditionally we are very strongly represented in the automo-bile sector, with the testing of car or com-mercial vehicle seats, of control panels and door panels, right through to electronic entry systems. The Berghof test systems are as flexible as our customers’

require-spectrum of testing technology and quality assurance, starting with the manual work station and continuing via semi-automatic rotary transfer machines to fully automatic line-integrated test cells. This is where we adapt our facilities to our customers’ test requirements in a flexible way. Whether electric variables, force/path measurement or surface inspection is involved, our spe-cialists check all our customers’ quality management requirements, providing our clients with advice, development, initial operation and service – a one-stop

Conception plus vision

Development and endurance test benches need to be as flexible as the testing tasks for which they are used. For this reason it is important to think beyond present re-quirements before the conception phase. We at Berghof are sensitive to limitations: we observe today’s more restrictive envi-ronmental conditions and recognise trends

directly to new demands for which we are well prepared. The high degree of versati-lity of our software reliably maps different measured quantities and a very wide vari-ance. Our experienced engineers confront an ever-increasing variety of requirements with creative solutions and sustainable in-novations.

requirements

Security with system

The Berghof service concept supports ope-rators with secure and simple operation of test systems. Comprehensive service and management tools simplify the work of maintenance and IT personnel. The effici-ent self-diagnosis of the test system tar-gets errors and rectifies them immediately.

Testing routines and information from log-ging files assist in the evaluation. Released in comprehensive checklists, the results can be directly deployed for further pro-cessing. The option of remote maintenance makes Berghof testing systems even secu-rer. Our specialists make a direct connec-tion to facilities all over the world in order to assist customers’ staff in analysing

er-rors. In order that the various user groups like operators, service personnel, quality managers and IT employees can work even more efficiently we have structured the main menus so that they can be clearly and intuitively understood. User-orienta-ted training for operating and service per-sonnel ensures a speedy and secure hand-ling of the various areas of the Berghof test system.

that is what we want. Berghof engineers are professionally experienced, dedicated,

capable and keep an eye on costs. With first class maintenance and seamless service

our project engineers ensure high degree of availability and process security. We put

our comprehensive knowledge at the disposal of the employees of our customers in

Transparency and availability

Efficient test engineering requires techni-cal data management that is equally effici-ent. Berghof technical data management safeguards data transparency, ensures its traceability and guarantees simple and

re-liable archiving. Test and production data can be accessed at any time, with the va-lues generated retrievable for subsequent evaluation. In this way Berghof technical data management reduces the cost of pos-sible data loss, thus saving a great deal of → Operate
