The Company is at a stage where it will be a principle in 45 real estate renovation projects in order to achieve greater profits. The Company is expected to be
profitable within the first 6 months of this plan.
Investment Capital
This will require $5M and take 6 months to begin realizing a profit. This is the investment capital the Company is seeking to secure with a Reg D, Private
Placement Memorandum.
Interest Payments and Loan Repayment
The Company will pay interest and repay the $5M investment loan as follows:
At the end of Year 1, the Company will make interest only payment of 9%. In Years 2-5, the Company will make semi-annual interest only payments every
six months at 9% annual interest. At the end of Year 5, the Company will pay off the original principle balance.
The Company reserves the right to accelerate the payoff of the loan at any time.

Prior to becoming a full time real estate professional, I worked in the non-profit industry for 26 years. During that time I dabbled in real estate buying land and rental properties.
6 years ago I decided to get into real estate full time. I have been a real estate investor in Northern Virginia and Atlanta. 3 years ago I became a licensed REMAX agent in Georgia, specializing in providing real estate services to investors.
I joined Sandra Watkins' team and began to grow the investment sector of our business. It was at this time that we formed our company, Alpha Dog Investments.
We have helped many individual investors and large hedge funds to purchase, renovate, and rent properties in the Atlanta market.
Georgia Rental Group is our property management company and I take an active role in growing that company's business.
Some of my specialties include home inspection, knowledge of home renovation costs, and ROI analysis on residential investment property.
Prior to becoming a full time real estate professional, I worked in the non-profit industry for 26 years. During that time I dabbled in real estate buying land and rental properties.

I have been a licensed agent for 15 years and a Broker for the last 10. I am currently a full time Associate Broker with RE/MAX Town & Country and the Broker/Owner of Asset Management & Rental Group dba Georgia Rental Group.
Georgia Rental Group, our property management company, was opened 5 years ago when I took over the management of an apartment complex. We are currently managing homes all over the Metro Atlanta area for out of state and local owners.
We are consistently the top performing agents in our area.
Working with distressed properties and investors has become a large part of our business. We also represent a number of builders and developers marketing and selling new homes.
I have years of experience running a large team of agents, keeping everyone on task and setting goals for the team.
