Most recently, SHREYa VaRDHaN, student of FIITJEE’s Two Year Classroom Program at FIITJEE Delhi (South) Centre has made a WORLD RECORD by achieving perfect scores in all the Tests (SaT, aP, TOEFL) related to admission in US Universities.

41 students from our IIT-JEE batches have scored perfect scores in SAT-II (Subject SATs) in the recent past. Advanced Placement Exam (AP) for admission to US Universities is a similar story, 15 students have scored perfect scores in Advanced Placement Exam (AP). Besides, a large number of FIITJEE students got scores of 2300 + out of 2400. Many of our students have also got 800/800 marks in several subjects in SAT-II (Subject SATs) Tests for Admission to US Universities.

FIITJEE was created in 1992 by the vision and toil of Mr. D. K. Goel, a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from IIT Delhi. We had a very humble beginning as a forum for IIT-JEE, with a vision to provide an ideal launch pad for serious JEE aspirants. Along the way to realization of this vision, we went beyond merely coaching for IIT-JEE. We actually started to make a difference in the way students think and approach problems. And all this was not a sheer coincidence. It was the urge, the compelling desire, to always aspire for perfection and in the process, continuously keep on setting newer benchmarks of excellence, which enabled us and our students to achieve what we have achieved. Today, aiming for the unachievable and continuously raising the bar has become a part of the FIITJEE DNA.

The success of our students was inspiring and so was their faith in FIITJEE. It was this faith that was a catalyst for our venturing into areas beyond IIT-JEE. It was this faith that prompted us to embark on a mission to provide wholesome school education to students through FIITJEE Integrated School Programs like UDAYA Plus, Supreme & Pinnacle, in a way so that there was no need for any type of coaching outside of the school system. In addition to the launch of FIITJEE Junior Colleges in Hyderabad, many like-minded schools across the country joined hands with us in this student centric endeavor to create Ideal School Education platform for students to get admission in IITs & US Universities without stress & tension along with huge success in Olympiads, SAT-I & SAT-II. And it was this faith only that again enabled us to create landmark success in NTSE.

And it is this very faith that has again inspired us to provide a platform for students aspiring for admission to US Universities in form of USA UnivQuest - a comprehensive program taking care of all aspects of the preparation – in the same old, trusted FIITJEE way. Launch of FIITJEE World Schools at Hyderabad is a concentrated effort in that direction, where students will be trained for the best in the world through methodologies and practices that are truly world class. Students in other select cities will also have an opportunity for preparing for admission to US Universities through USA UnivQuest School Integrated Programs to be run in collaboration with our select associate schools.

Students of each of the classes V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XI securing a Rank in Top 500 will get a Certificate of Achievement and will also get Online Doubt Removal Support to help them in their preparation, even without joining FIITJEE.

To further support the meritorious students of Class VIII, IX, X & XI, FIITJEE has decided to give Cash Scholarships + Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs (upto 100% Tuition Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs) + Hostel Fee Waivers on the basis of combined performance in both Objective & Subjective Papers. Performance in Subjective Paper (Paper 2) will be considered only for those students who qualify (i.e. clear minimum cut-off marks) in the Objective Paper (Paper 1). Students must appear in both the Papers i.e. Paper 1 & Paper 2 to become eligible for any Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers.

Meritorious students of Class V, VI & VII will be given Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs (upto 100% Tuition Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs) + Hostel Fee Waivers on the basis of performance and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in the Paper.

Cash Scholarships

It is apparent that Top students will get adequate scholarship money not only to support their preparation for IIT-JEE / Other Competitive Entrance Exams but also for their studies at the IITs / other Top Engineering Colleges / Schools.

Important Note: Registration for students currently enrolled in any FIITJEE program (Classroom Programs - without an exit option / School Integrated / Distance Education Programs) can be done only through Paper Application mode (to be sent by post or to be deposited in person at any FIITJEE Centre only ). Please submit photocopy of FIITJEE identity card / proof of enrolment alongwith Paper Application form. Registration Fee : No Fee till 16th September, 2012, Rs. 100/- from 17th September to 14th October, 2012 and Rs. 200/- from 15th to 23rd October, 2012.

Schools can also encourage their students to appear in the FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam. To honour the school and its students, FIITJEE shall contribute 25% of the Total Registration Fee, of that group of students from that school, to the School fund on exclusive rights of the School Principal for benevolent purposes. This is applicable for a group of at least 100 students from the same School and their Application Form are to be sent through the School Authority.

Students registering for FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam can download Free Sample Papers from our website. Log on to www.fiitjee.com/samplepapers.htm with your Registration Number and Web Access Code as printed on the hall ticket. Sample Papers will be available from 1st October, 2012.

How to Register

Online Registration – Log on to our online registration portal www.fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class and School you are studying in, Contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. You are now ready for an online registration. Following payment options are available on the website.

1. Online payment using a Credit / Debit Card (Master / Visa) - Your Hall Ticket will be generated immediately after successful payment. Please take two printouts of your Hall Ticket and paste your recent colour photograph on both the copies. Submit one copy of your Hall Ticket to the Examination Controller during the Exam and get the second copy validated & keep it for your records.

2. Cash / DD / Pay Order deposit at a FIITJEE Centre – You have to take a printout of your Online Application (e-Application) and submit it in person / send by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre alongwith Exam Fee. If you are submitting it in person at FIITJEE Centre, your Hall Ticket will be issued on the spot by the FIITJEE Centre. If you are sending printout of your Online Application alongwith Demand Draft / Pay Order for Exam Fee by post / courier, your Hall Ticket will be e-mailed to your e-mail ID given by you during online registration. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website www.fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.

3. Cash Deposit at an axis Bank Branch in India – If you choose this option for registration, portal will create a deposit challan for you. Take a printout of this challan and deposit the Exam Fee in cash at any Axis Bank branch in India. Your Hall Ticket will be e-mailed to your e-mail ID given by you during online registration within four working days of the cash deposit. You can also download your Hall Ticket after successful login on our online registration portal www.fiitjeeonline.in from the “Past Registrations” section.

Paper application – You can obtain a Paper Application Form from any FIITJEE Centre or from your School office. Schools can obtain any number of Application Forms from any nearest FIITJEE centre. Fill this Application Form carefully and deposit it in person / send by post or courier to any nearest FIITJEE Centre. Your Hall Ticket will be issued by the FIITJEE centre either in person or will be sent to your e-mail ID as opted by you in the Application Form. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website www.fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.

Important: FIITJEE will send various important information like confirmation of payment, registration, seating plan etc. on your mobile phone through SMS. In order to receive these information promptly, please ensure that your mobile number should not be registered under NDNC. Send SMS “STOP DND” from your mobile phone to 1909 (Toll Free) to de-register from NDNC.

The DD / Pay Orders should be in favor of FIITJEE LTD. Open Test, Aptitude Test etc. A/C, payable at respective locations mentioned against the list of Test centers given in the Information Booklet of FTRE - 2012 handed over alongwith Paper Application Form. For DDs / Pay Orders payable at Ranchi it should be favoring FIITJEE (Ranchi Classes) Ltd. and for DDs / Pay Orders payable at Hyderabad it should be favoring FIITJEE (Hyderabad Classes) Ltd.

Note 1 : Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers for Class VIII, IX, X & XI will be decided on the basis of combined performance in both Objective & Subjective Papers. Performance in Subjective Paper (Paper 2) will be considered only for those students who qualify (i.e. clear minimum cut-off marks) in the Objective Paper (Paper 1). Students must appear in both the Papers i.e. Paper 1 & Paper 2 to become eligible for any Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers.

Incase of Class V, VI & VII, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in the Paper.

Note 2 : The final discretion of award of Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers in each case will remain with FIITJEE management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

For Students presently in Class V, VI, VII & Ix - To get the Cash Scholarship and / or Fee Waivers & other benefits related to FTRE - 2012, one has to enrol in any one of these FIITJEE programs by 20th December, 2012 :

(iii) For Class VII students (going to VIII) (a) UDAYA - One Year Classroom Program (b) Admission to class VIII of FIITJEE World Schools, Hyderabad (iv) For Class Ix students (going to x) (a) Three Year Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2016 (b) USA UnivQuest - Three Year Classroom Program for

Admission to US Universities

Note 4 : For Class VIII (going to Ix) students joining Four Year Program, 30% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quaterly installments and disbursed in Class IX & X from April 2013 to March 2015 and rest 70% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quaterly installments and disbursed in Class XI & XII from April 2015 to March 2017.

For Class Ix (going to x) students joining Three Year Classroom Program, Please refer to Scholarship Grid on Page No 9 - Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2013 to March 2016.

Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2013 to March 2015 for Class x (going to xI) students joining Two Year Program.

Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed From April 2013 to March 2014 for Class xI (going to xII) students joining One Year Classroom Program.

Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in Phase Tests during the course will be a criterion for eligibility for continuity of reimbursement of quarterly Cash Scholarship. The final discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 6 : Cash Scholarships will be paid to students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the student only.

Note 7 : Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers are valid for the above-mentioned select programs only.

Note 8 : Hostel Fee Waivers are valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels / lodging and boarding facilities made available through FIITJEE, subject to the student joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The waivers will be given monthly between April, 2013 to March, 2017 for Class VIII (going to IX) students joining Four Year Program; April, 2013 to March, 2016 for Class IX (going to X) students joining Three Year Classroom Program; April, 2013 to March, 2015 for Class VI (going to VII) & Class X (going to XI) students joining Two Year Program ; April, 2013 to March, 2014 for Class V (going to VI), Class VII (going to VIII) & Class XI (going to XII) students joining One Year Classroom Program and only for the duration of school / classroom program. General Terms & Conditions

Note 1 : No student can appear in FIITJEE admission test (including FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam) more than twice in one academic year. If any student appears for the third time his / her application will be disqualified before the admission test or even if identified after taking admission his / her enrolment can be cancelled and fee deposited will be forfeited. FIITJEE can also take legal action against such student and his / her guardian.

Note 2 : In case a student reappears in FIITJEE test, his / her scholarship (if awarded) will be scaled down by one slab so that he / she does not have any undue advantage over fresh appearing student..

Note 3 : All FIITJEE Scholarships are 3rd Party Funded based on Grants and Donations received from various Philanthropic Trusts & Societies.

Note 4 : FIITJEE reserves the right to change / cancel any Program, Test Date, Test Centre, Study Centre, Eligibility Criterion & Course Fee without prior notice.

Note 9 : FIITJEE students already enrolled in Classroom Program can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam to find about their current level of preparation and their projected Rank in IIT-JEE / Other Competitive Entrance Examinations. We are already committed to these students in giving our complete support at any point of their preparations. FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam is only for giving the feedback to their preparation and no Scholarships / Fee Waivers will be awarded to such students. However, FIITJEE students will be entitled for rewards as per their performance in IIT-JEE Examination (for details refer page no. 73 & 74).

Note 10 : Students presently in class X and enrolled at FIITJEE in Four Year / Three Year Classroom Program (enrolled with an exit option after class x) will be treated in the category of Non - FIITJEE students and they will have to register themselves for FTRE, 2012 by paying Normal Registration Fee. So, they will be entitled for all the benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining PINNACLE - Two Year Integrated School Program / Two Year Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2015.

Note 11 : Students presently in class VIII and enrolled at FIITJEE in UDAYA - School / Classroom Programs can register themselves as a FIITJEE student and they are entitled for benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining any one of these programs (a) SUPREME - Four Year Integrated School Program for IIT-JEE, 2017 ; (b) Four Year Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2017 ; (c) Admission to Class IX in FIITJEE World Schools, Hyderabad ; (d) USA UnivQuest - Four Year Integrated School Program ; (e) USA UnivQuest - Four Year Classroom Program as their existing program will be completed by March, 2013.

Note 12 : Students presently in class VI and enrolled at FIITJEE in LITTLE GENIE - One Year Foundation Program can register themselves as a FIITJEE student and they are entitled for benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining any one of these programs (a) UDAYA Plus -Two Year Integrated School Program ; (b) UDAYA - Two Year Classroom Program (c) Admission to class VII of FIITJEE World Schools, Hyderabad.

Note 13 : Students enrolled in FIITJEE Rankers Study Material (RSM) for IIT-JEE, 2014 on selection & joining One Year Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2014 will be entitled for Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE program and monthly Hostel Fee Waivers during the Program. The course fee already paid for Rankers Study Material will not be adjusted or refunded.

Note 14 : Any student studying at FIITJEE can avail only one scholarship (including Cash Scholarships awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) during his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE. Once a student enrols in a FIITJEE Program through FIITJEE’s Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. and he / she reappears in any future FIITJEE’s Test then he / she will not be eligible to claim any Scholarship through the latter Test. However, Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement in KVPY / Olympiads / NTSE / JSTSE / MTSE / SSTSE / X Board / XII Board will remain applicable, but the student can only claim the Scholarship higher amongst the two - i.e. either the Scholarship based on FIITJEE’s Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. OR the Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement (already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same).

Note 15 (a): The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature with regard to the FTRE, subsequent enrolment and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Concilaiton Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties - student / parents / guardian & FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to FTRE, subsequent enrolment & studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy redressal of issues & all parties agree to this.
