Universe Index Transition for Dow Jones Titans Indices
S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) is conducting a consultation with members of the investment community. S&P DJI is currently reviewing the universe indices for the Dow Jones Titans Indices.
S&P DJI is considering changing the universe indices for constituent selection from either the Dow Jones Global Index (DJGI) or the Dow Jones Total Stock Market Index (TSM) to the corresponding S&P BMI Index. This change impacts all Dow Jones Titans indices currently using one of the aforementioned indices as its universe index. The full list of impacted indices is as follows:

• Dow Jones Germany Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Hong Kong Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Italy Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Malaysia Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Netherlands Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Saudi Arabia Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Singapore Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones South Korea Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Spain Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Sweden Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Switzerland Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Taiwan Titans 30 Index
• Dow Jones Tiger Titans 50 Index

In addition, S&P DJI is considering changing the Dow Jones Sector Titans Indices and Dow Jones
Emerging Markets Sector Titans eligibility criteria. Effective with the annual rebalance in September,
eligible sectors would be defined by the corresponding Global Industry Classification Standard
(GICS®) sectors. The changes proposed are as follows:
