As Brides Choice Awards winners for four years running as well as voted top ten event coordinator on the Central Coast we offer a stunning waterfront view, with various event spaces available including private function rooms, the waterfront deck or for more casual weddings the boatshed.

Nominate what drinks you would like available to your guests & a dollar limit.

Wristbands will be available if required for all guests to gain access to the bar tab.

The bar tab may be increased over the duration of the event if requested. A credit card must be left with reception at the beginning of the function.

Please note: Complimentary wristbands will be handed to the organiser at the beginning of the event so that guests can obtain drinks from the bar that are included on the tab.

Bridal Couple’s will receive accommodation for one night FREE of charge in one of our luxurious Beachcomber Double Spa Rooms including breakfast for two.

Your Guest’s - Receive 10% Discount

We have 55 accommodation rooms including Beachcomber Double Spa rooms, Standard Spa rooms, Standard Waterfront rooms plus Standard Roadside rooms. All your guests will receive a 10% discount off the bed and breakfast accommodation rates. *Mention this when booking. Discount only applies to bookings made

MEET OUR CHEF

Chef Manuel was born in the Philippines & grew up here in Australia where he started out his culinary career in Asian infused cuisine.

His skills really flourished during the latter years of his career in Sydney, heading multisite operations in Parramatta, Eastern Suburbs & The Rocks experimenting with French, Eurasian & Mediterranean infused cuisine.

Manuel has extensive experience in the pub scene & also on the fine dining platform right here on the Central Coast, where he has settled with his young family.

FUNCTION INFORMATION

What’s included in my room hire?

Room hire includes; the bar staff for the duration of your function, set up, pack down and cleaning of your function room, Flat screen TV and white or black linen table cloths. Cleaning charges may apply.

What if I only have a small group?

Don’t worry! We can reserve tables in Maximilian’s restaurant or deck for you.

You can liaise with the team on a special set menu regardless of numbers.

Canape & buffet menus are available to groups of 30 or more.

What food can I bring?

Catering & lolly bars are provided as apart of our packages for guests, so no food is to be bought onsite. However, you are more than welcome to bring your cake & the chefs can cut to serve with cream & coulis. Cakage fees apply.

Can I bring in any beverages?

Under no circumstances are

beverages of any kind allowed to be bought into a function.

How long is my included room hire?

Room hire is up to 5 hours. Extra hours can be added for an additional $100 per hour. All functions must finish before midnight.

What does ‘minimum bar spend’ mean?

Your guests must spend $1500 over your function bar in the 5 hour period. If they fail to spend this amount and don’t reach the amount a room hire fee will apply e.g:

The bar spend only reaches $1350 – you would need to pay the difference of

$150 up to a MAXIMUM $500 value.

Can I bring in my own entertainment?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring in your own DJs, 3 piece Band, juke box, photo booth etc.! If you need assistance let us know and we can help organise music for you! Larger bands are subject to approval.

When can I come in to decorate?

Where possible you can access the function room from 12noon on the day of your function. Decorating on the night/

day before is subject to availability.

Please check this with your event co-ordinator close to the date.
