Order Entry - New shipping orders are submitted to Shipwire
from Netsuite depending on your order workflow processes. The connector processes and translates orders to ensure proper communication, so when your online store gets an order Shipwire does the rest.
Order Tracking - Pull order confirmation and tracking information
related to shipments, including partial fulfillments. Order tracking information is made available right in your NetSuite account dashboard as an item fulfillment.
Fully Managed Support - With this connection, you get both
the software and support that your brand needs. Your NetSuite-Shipwire connection will be managed end-to-end, with NetSuite-Shipwire and Celigo being responsible for implementation, testing, and rollout, including module configurations. maintenance fee. Installation includes up to 10 hours of custom configuration and end-to-end testing to ensure it meets the need of your NetSuite store. The monthly fee includes the module connection and managed support from Shipwire and Celigo.
