The following terms and conditions apply to you if you purchase a Vodafone Shared Roaming Data Add-on Product:

(a) The monthly Data Allowance associated with each Vodafone Shared Roaming Data Add-on Product for a single Region will be shared across all of the connections under that same billing account and the Data Allowance can be accessed by those

connections when they send or receive Roaming Data in one of the Included Countries for that Region. The monthly Data Allowance cannot be shared between separate billing accounts.

(b) The monthly Data Allowance will be used on a first-in, first-served basis. For example, one person could exhaust your entire monthly Data Allowance, in which case all usage in that Region by other connections under that same billing account for the remainder of that month will be charged to you at the relevant Excess Data Charge rate.

(c) All data usage is on a per KB basis with a minimum session of 10KB.

(d) Vodafone Shared Roaming Data Add-on Products are only available for use within the Included Countries listed above for each Region.

(e) If you use roaming data in a country which is not an Included Country in a Region for which you have purchased a Shared Roaming Data Add-On, you will be charged a rate of $0.008 per KB with a minimum charge per session of 10KB.

(15)

(f) Usage over your included Data Allowance within one of the Included Countries for your Region will incur additional charges at the “Excess Data Charge” rate listed in the table above.

(g) You may select multiple Vodafone Shared Roaming Data Add-on Products in the same Region. If you do this, then the roaming data available to connections on your billing account will be the combined total of the Data Allowance for all of the Vodafone Shared Roaming Data Add-on Products selected in that Region.

(h) The Data Allowance awarded with your Vodafone Shared Roaming Data Add-on Product(s) only includes data accessed through a Vodafone approved device.

(i) Calls, TXT messages and all other non-data Services used whilst roaming will be charged at the international roaming rates applicable to your existing Vodafone mobile broadband or handset plan. See vodafone.com.au/roaming or phone Customer Care for information about specific rates for your plan.

(j) All Vodafone Products may be modified or withdrawn by Vodafone at any time and Included Countries are subject to change.

(k) All prices and credit expiry periods are current as at October 2012 and are subject to change.
