In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

Removal Assistance: All items in this auction may be picked up once McLemore Auction Company, LLC has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from McLemore Auction Company, LLC or the third party

handling pickup. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property.

McLemore Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.

Shipping: All items can be shipped by a third party shipper. All large or oversized items such as furniture, exercise equipment, TVs, etc. will incur additional freight charges. If you need a shipping or delivery quote from that shipper, please email >[email protected] and include your name,

shipping address and invoice number. It may take up to three business days for the third party shipper to get a quote to you. McLemore Auction Company, LLC and the third party shipper will not be responsible for items shipped to wrong or old addresses listed in bidder accounts. Shipping must be arranged by October 1, 2021.

All items will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground for actual costs + 15% for materials and handling. Any or oversized items such as furniture, exercise equipment, TVs, etc. will incur additional freight charges. Pre-assembled items cannot be shipped.
