Product Bulletin
This Parameter controls the time until the truck is powered OFF. Time is counted while the truck is at idle and the brake is applied. When set to 0 the truck never powers OFF. If parameter #39 is set to 1 or 2 (the truck has key switch option) the truck never powers off.
66%
This parameter controls the truck's acceleration rate from 0 mph to maximum preset speed.
4 This parameter controls the truck's braking characteristics when the directional/speed control handle is returned to the neutral position (no demand for opposite direction).
NOTE: To program the operator performance parameters listed below, Service Parameter #39 must be preset to a value of either 1 or 3 if the truck is equipped with an optional keypad.
This parameter controls the truck's maximum speed in walking speed mode (Coast Control or Turtle Speed engaged mode on models 8HBE30.40, 8HBC30.40).

When parameters 1 through 7, and 10 are viewed with the service key, the Service Parameter Number (left side of display) and the Operator Number (right side of display) are shown. (See example below).
Note: All truck parameters can be viewed; however, not all parameters can be changed. Access to operator performance parameters (1 through 7) shown on page 4 is governed by the value set in Service Parameter #39.
As the Service Parameter Number display progresses through parameters 1 and 2 through 10, the display will roll over to the next operator number. After all operators numbers and service parameters numbers are scrolled through, service parameters number 11 through 40 will follow).
(Up to 10 Operator Numbers can be displayed)
(Up to 7 Operator Performance Parameters can be programmed)
10 = PIN-code key 2 = Operator #2
Note: To quickly display a service parameter, rotate the directional/speed control away from the forks (sequence backwards through the parameters). Rotating the directional/speed control towards the forks will display parameters 1 through 10 only.
