System Overview
An AC powered standalone system with smart connectivity using Bluetooth®
Low Energy (LE) 5.1 communication to detect the leakage of flammable gas can be a very useful system for industrial and household applications. In this system, a single microcontroller (MCU) with built-in Bluetooth LE
communication, DC/DC block and 10-bit ADC aids in quick and easy
implementation of a safe system. Additionally, a 1200V built-in bipolar junction transistor (BJT) based AC/DC system can be used for any industrial power line system.

This Proof of Concept (PoC) provides for a high efficiency, high torque, low noise, and smooth start solution. Efficiency is key for this application; thus, built-in self-align dead time with chip design technology offers lower thermal losses and reduces power loss.

PC (desktop/tower/mini tower) water cooling is a process used to lower the temperature of the computer processor and other critical components of the system such as graphics cards. PC water coolers absorb the heat away from the
components inside the system, rather than blowing the hot air around the case, as typical with air cooling systems. Renesas' Remote Controlled PC Water Cooler solution splits PC water cooling into two parts, the power unit inside the PC and the human machine interface (HMI) control panel on a user’s desk, connected via Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) to the power unit.
