6. I agree to complete my child’s appropriate grade level (as discussed and determined by parent/guardian and the Director of Religious Education). I understand that if I have any questions regarding the curriculum materials, the requirements for the receipt of any sacraments, or any other matter involving the Parish Religious Education Program, it is my responsibility to contact the Director of Religious Education to discuss these issues and resolve them.
7. If this is a sacramental preparation year for my child (2nd grade and 7th grade), I understand that
it is my responsibility to obtain the dates and times for all parent meetings, practices and retreats.
