By completing and signing this application and joining The Right DA Club protection panel, you will have access to the enhanced commissions and services for the named providers. You agree that from the commencement and during the term of this agreement you will only be able to access the named product providers via The Right Mortgage Club protection panel and not through any other agency agreement you may already have.
You agree that The Right DA Club may instruct the named providers to transfer any existing agencies you may hold to The Right Mortgage Club protection panel premiums and commissions. Whilst you must endeavour to place your protection business through The Right DA Club panel, you may when necessary in the best interests of your client or where the FCA handbook so requires, place business ‘off panel’ with alternative providers directly.
You agree that The Right DA Club may receive their share of the commission payment directly from the named providers.
You agree that we may receive data (including commission earning data) from the named providers regarding business which you have transacted using the services.
You will remain responsible for your share of the claw-back that may become due under the terms and conditions of the names providers. In conjunction, The Right DA Club will remain responsible for their share of any claw-back that may become due under the terms of business held with the named providers.
The Right DA Club reserves the right to withdraw this agreement at our disclosure. Under this agreement The Right DA Club takes no liability for advice given in relation to these products and services now or at any time in the future.
The information given in this form and other personal data provided to or obtained by The Right DA Club during the application process and subsequent to authorisation will be used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and any superseding regulation. The data will be used by The Right DA Club in fulfilling its regulatory responsibilities to the FCA and complying with other relevant legislation, as well as providing a service and for the purposes outlined in full in The Right DA Club’s privacy policy. This could involve disclosing the personal data to other bodies, including regulators or law enforcement bodies. For full details on how your data will be stored, processes, retained and shared, please refer to The Right DA Club’s privacy policy, which is available on our website.
As the principal of the firm, I authorise the registration of the individual advisers named on this form. I confirm that the individual(s) are authorised to transact mortgage and insurance business through my firm.
