Login through Citrix
You can login to the Citrix Metaframe servers through the following url’s: Internally (from Cebeo network):
http://cebeofarm/citrix/metaframe
or
http://cebeo
and then “Remote Application Site”
Externally (from f.i. home):
https://portal.sonepar.be/
or
http://portal.cebeo.be/
and then “Remote
Application Site”
If you’re connecting from home or other network make sure that the Proxy server is disabled (this works only from our CEBEO network). See Procedure 1 - Disable Proxy server on page
13 on procedure how to.
To accept the certificate permanently (to never get the pop-up again) follow procedure explained in Procedure 2 – Install Certificate permanently on page 15
You may get the following message:
this means that Internet Explorer is blocking a pop-up, you can unblock it by right-clicking your mouse on the message bar and choose “Install ActiveX Control”
The application will then start to download
If you’re using a computer where Windows Firewall is enabled you will get the following message where you must click on “Unblock”:
You will then be connected to the Citrix portal of Cebeo. You can then click on “Cebeo

When you’re finished working and want to stop working with Citrix you need to do the following:
Simply click on “Log Off” to logoff from Citrix
POSSIBLE ERRORS
You might get the following error when clicking on an application:
Error 1 – Communication error
if you get this error simply click “OK” and click again on the application. This error
sometimes happens when there is a connection problem but it only happens while opening the first application
In order to open applications through Citrix you need to have at least the Citrix Web Client installed on your computer. Normally this client is present on your Cebeo computer but in case it would be missing and you get the following error while opening an application
Error 2 – ICA client not present
you can follow Procedure 3 – Install ICA Web Client on page 20 to install the ICA client.
Error 3 – Windows Hotfix KB884020 not present
For this error you need to install a Windows hotfix on your computer. If this is a Cebeo computer the ICT department will install it for you (if it’s not already installed) if it’s another computer you need to install it yourself from the following location
PROCEDURES
Procedure 1 - Disable Proxy server
Then click on “OK” on both screens
Procedure 2 – Install Certificate permanently
When you get the prompt to install the certificate click on “View Certificate”
Select “Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of cetrificate” and click on “Next”
You will then receive a message that the import was successful. Click on “OK”
Procedure 3 – Install ICA Web Client
If you get the following error click on “Cancel”
Download ICA client through the Citrix portal
The download will start
Accept the License Agreement by clicking “Yes”
Setup will complete and you will have to restart your browser (Internet Explorer) after you click “OK”
