STANDARD CHARTERED BANK’S “BANK MORE, SCORE MORE” (“Campaign”) CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms and Conditions”)

The Terms and Conditions of the Campaign are as follows:

By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Campaign: 1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Rules:

(a) “You”, “Your”, “Client” shall mean the Standard Chartered account holder who participates in this Campaign; and

(b) “Us”, “Our” and “We” shall mean Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC. (c) “LFC” shall mean Liverpool Football Club

2. Eligibility

To qualify for and participate in this campaign:

(a) The Campaign is opened to all retail banking new and existing clients of Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC (''SCB'' or ''SCB GH''), aged 18 or over,

(b) All new and existing clients of Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC holding current and savings accounts, in local currency and who have subscribed to the SC Mobile App before and/or during the promotion period, had their account opened and validated by the bank.

(c) All Standard Chartered Bank’s customers who maintain their accounts and debit cards in accordance with the bank's rules without any breach of the subscribed banking product’s terms and conditions throughout the campaign period.

(d) Companies and non-governmental organisations are not eligible for this Campaign.

(e) All account holders whose accounts have been suspended/closed for any reason during the Campaign period are not eligible

(f) All customers who ticked the option not to be contacted for any marketing campaign (DnD) are not eligible (g) More specifically, any participant must not have been convicted, found guilty or subject to criminal

proceedings or suspicions related to the fight against money laundering, fraud and terrorism. NB: The bank reserves the right to reconcile and assess transactions for validation.

All participants will be deemed to have accepted, without exclusion, these terms and conditions, and declare to be bound by them. These campaign terms and conditions must be jointly read with the Standard Chartered Bank's banking terms and conditions

4. Campaign Period

Standard Chartered Bank's "Bank more, Score More" campaign begins on 1st April and ends on 15th June 2021

5. Campaign Mechanics

To participate in the promotion, all participants need to do is the below;

(a) New to Bank Clients must open an account within the campaign period via the SC Mobile app and fund it with at least GHS200.00. This earns you 20 points. When you fund your account in multiples of 100 to GHS1000 that earns you additional 10 points. Continue to transact to earn more points.

(b) Existing to Bank clients, shall fund their account with at least GHS1000.00 and continue to transact to earn points

(c) Any transaction related to a commercial activity will not be considered.

(d) For each transaction done by a customer, a system of points will be allocated and awarded with access to “LFC goodies”.

(g) Every week, the leader board on the website www.sc.com/gh/bankmore will be updated to showcase the top 30 customers with the highest number of points

(h) The person with the highest amount of points at the end of the promotion will win the prize stated herein. 6. Prizes will be collected as per below procedure:

6.1 The Prize shall consist of:

(a) two (2) return economy class flights from Winner’s closest international airport to Manchester Airport,

UK;

(b) up to three (3) nights’ accommodation in Liverpool on a twin share basis inclusive of breakfast; (c) airport transfer to Liverpool from Manchester Airport;

(d) a tour of Anfield Stadium for two (2) persons;

(e) attend a Liverpool first team match at Anfield for two (2) persons; (f) a special dinner with an LFC Legend;

(g) ground transport for all activities (items 1.1(d) to (f));

All the aforementioned items comprise the “Prize”.

6.2 Standard Chartered shall advise the Winner of the dates of travel for the Prize.

6.3 Flights shall be coordinated and managed by an external agency elected by Us, Octagon. 6.4 The aspects of the Prize delivered or located in Liverpool will be managed by LFC and Octagon. 6.5 The Prize is not inclusive of the following as they are to be self-funded:

• Costs for visa application • Travel Insurance

• Meals (except that breakfast will be included at the hotel)

• Hotel incidentals and any personal expenses. e.g. laundry, mini-bar, room service, shopping etc outside of those stated in the programme and during ‘free time’.

• Expenses incurred before or after the official programme

6.6 The Prize is not transferable (subject to prior approval by Standard Chartered) or exchangeable for cash. The Prize is subject to availability of flights and accommodation. Standard Chartered reserves the right, at any time:

(a) to vary, modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions governing the Prize, including withdrawing and/or substituting any element of the Prize with any item which may not be of equivalent or similar value; and/or

(b) to cancel or change any elements (including dates) of the Prize at any time due to, and not limited to, technical, any pandemic/epidemic whether global or local in nature including the COVID-19 pandemic, unauthorised human intervention or any other reason(s) deemed appropriate at the discretion of Standard Chartered,

6.7 To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Standard Chartered will not accept any responsibility, actions, causes of action, claims, demands and obligations whatsoever arising from any loss or damage (including, without limitation, physical injury, loss of life or property damage) or disappointment caused by or sustained as a result of participation in the Competition.

6.9 The Prize winner is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation to travel to the United Kingdom (and any other transit locations as required) including passports and visas. All insurance, taxes, and other expenses which are not expressly set out in these terms and conditions, are not included in the Prize and the cost shall be borne by the winner. Standard Chartered is not responsible for any consequences, including costs incurred, if the Winner’s visa application is rejected or not approved in time for travel.

• By accepting the prize awarded, the winners authorize Standard Chartered to use their surname, first name and image during professional events of the bank, without this giving rise to a right to remuneration other than the prize won.

• If a winner does not want his / her name and image published, he / she must expressly inform Standard Chartered, which will result in his / her ineligibility or loss of prize, if any.

• It is offered to each winner the opportunity to travel with a person of his choice, whose identity must be communicated to the bank and this choice cannot be changed once submitted to the bank • The winner and his / her partner must ensure that they have valid passports and all travel

authorizations.

• Winners are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents to arrive in the United Kingdom, including passports and visas. Travel and other insurance is not included in the price offered and winners are strongly advised to purchase insurance for all appropriate risks.

• The Bank cannot be held responsible for the consequences, including costs, if the participant's visa application is rejected or unavailable on time, and reserves the right to withdraw the prize if, for any reason, the winner could not travel or attend the game.

• In the event of a visa refusal by the consular authorities, the winner will be immediately replaced by the winner ranked second, without any form of compensation, either in cash or in kind.

• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash

7. Prizes will be collected as per below procedure:

(a) Collection of prizes will be at Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC Head Office Building located at No. 87 Independence Avenue, or the nearest branch of client’s choice.

(b) Client must collect their prize in person with a valid National ID.

(c) If the client is unavailable to collect his/her prize, we will require a signed authorization letter delegating a nominee to collect the prize on the winners’ behalf. The nominee will be required to present a valid National ID as stated in the authorization letter.

(d) The prize will be held for a maximum of ninety (90) days from the end of the promotion.

(e) No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Standard Chartered who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize (or portion of the prize) is unavailable.

(f) Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC will not seek the consent of clients to use their names and image for all promotion-related publications.

8. By participating in this Campaign, You agree:

(a) to Our collection, use and disclosure of all data (including personal data) provided by you in conjunction with the Campaign (“Data”), for the following purposes:

(i) Managing and dealing with (including contacting You via call, text message, email and/or postal mail regarding) any matter relating to the management and administration of the Campaign and

(ii) Complying with Our internal policies or any applicable law, regulation, guidelines, notices, requests or directions issued by any applicable regulatory or governmental authorities with supervisory authority over Us in any relevant jurisdiction;

(b) that your Data may be stored in Our database, which may be outside your home territory;

(c) That if you do not wish or agree to the Bank publishing or sharing your details as a Prize Winner, you will forfeit any prize which may have been awarded to you.

officers, employees or agents and for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from Your participation in the Campaign and acceptance or usage of the Prize,

including without limitation, personal injury and death;

(e) to indemnify Us against any losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses for personal injury or death, loss, damage to property, breach of any obligations, warranty or representation, intellectual property infringement claims, fines and penalties, which may be imposed on Us or which we may incur arising out of and/or in connection with any of your negligent acts, omissions, fraud, wilful misconduct, or breach of obligations, covenants, representations and warranties by your participation in the Campaign; and

(f) to release any Partner/Vendor of Standard Chartered Bank from any or all liability in connection with your participation in this Campaign.

9. Your Representations and Warranties.

By entering this Campaign, You represent and warrant that:

(a) you each have the legal right and capacity to enter into the Campaign and be bound by the terms and conditions; and

10. Governing Law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Ghana and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian Courts.

11. General.

(a) We reserve the right to revise, cancel, suspend or modify the Campaign at Our sole discretion without notice.

(b) We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant, to modify these terms and conditions, or any aspect of this Campaign as We deem necessary.

(c) Any decision(s) made or taken by Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC in all matters relating to the campaign shall be final and binding on all participants.
