Dear Sir or Madam, dear colleagues

We are looking forward to announce the 4th Nursing Management Congress at the RKU – University and Rehabilitation Clinics of Ulm. Following the successful start in 2015, the fourth

congress is being held this year unter the motto

„Learn from the best“. Currently, especially against the background of the Covid situation, the topics of leadership and the development of excellence are more important than ever.

The 4th Ulmer Nursing Management Congress addresses executives in the healthcare system, nursing scientists, nursing educators, experts, students, nurses and interested parties to deal with these topics.

The exchange of knowledge is to be focused th- rough the presentation of excellence concepts from different sectors and countries.

The speakers are nursing directors, nursing scientists, Managing Directors and Healthcare Employees.

The program is held in German and partly in English on both days. Any surpluses will be used for the Association for the Advance- ment of Science and Medicine at RKU e.V. for further development in nursing.

Due to the pandemic situation, the congress will take place with a limited number of participants at the RKU. We also offer a livestream.
