CHS Prom will be April 24

th

at the Mill & Mine

Any CHS student who attends prom must be in

compliance with all the following:

• Returned the ACS permission/acknowledgment form in the ACS Code of Conduct within the first 14 days of this school year • Passing 4 out of 4 classes- for the third nine weeks and currently

• Has taken the ACT

• Has no more than three (3) out of school suspensions

• Has not been referred to CRCS during the current school year regardless of return date • Has not tested positive on a random drug test during the school year

• Only Juniors and Seniors my purchase tickets to the prom if they meet the above criteria. Any CHS student (freshman or sophomore) that a junior or senior wishes to bring as a date must also meet the above criteria

• Any Juniors or Seniors who wishes to bring a date who does not attend CHS must get an application from the Front Office to have that individual approved to attend the prom. No one may bring a date who is over the age of 21.

• The applications are due back to the Front Office by April 15th, 2021 NO EXCEPTIONS.

• For those taking the ACT this Saturday- remember you must

print your admission ticket, bring your own calculator, and bring

your own snack. If you need help printing your ticket see Mrs.

Merryman or your counselor.

• Registration is open for the June ACT. This will be the only

summer ACT given at CHS. Register at act.org to test on

•Morning final exam makeups

•Senior Checkout -- turn forms into guidance

Thursday, May 13th

•Seniors report to city football field for graduation practice by 8:40 •Academic Signing - Sponsored by Gear UP - wear a college shirt •Senior lunch provided by Gear-UP

•Afternoon practice is at the discretion of Mrs. Childs, if it looks good you have the afternoon off.

Friday, May 14th

•Seniors report to cafeteria by 8:40

Senior Breakfast -- appropriate dress as dictated in the senior contract required for entry •Senior Walk - wear cap no tassel

•Practice until lunch (wear shoes you plan to wear at graduation and cap)

GRADUATION CEREMONY: 7:00 PM at CHS Football Field.
