Introduction
This document illustrates report and chart examples that are available from Aegis’ standard report templates. The templates are available for new and existing customers, as they may be directly imported into the Data Miner.
Each section includes a summary of the report content and its related data source(s). It also identifies ‘runtime parameters’, which is data criteria the end-user supplies to narrow down the data return and focus of the report or chart.

First Pass Yield by Job
Description:
This report details the first pass yield at each operation for a given job/work order, and is grouped by customer, assembly, and job. Data Source: Yield

Defect Drill Down Report
Description:
This report details the first pass yield at each operation, and is grouped by job/work order and operation. Data Source: Joined Quality & Yield Runtime Parameter: Job(s)
Description: This Pareto chart returns the defect quantity for a specific time period grouped by defect code with the ability to drill down to the following levels in this order: assembly number, individual serial number, reference designator, and pin number. Data Source: Quality

DPMO 7912 Report by Job
Description:
This report returns the total number of defects an operator has logged for a given time period and is grouped by job/work order. Data Source: Quality Runtime Parameter: Job(s) Description:

This report returns a Pareto chart with defects grouped by inspection codes on page 1, and details the defect data on
subsequent pages grouped by assembly for a given time period. Data Source:

Description:

Daily Yield this Month Chart
Technicians Log Report
Description: This two-pane chart details first pass yield percentage in the top pane and the unit count in the bottom pane for each day of the current month. Data Source: Yield

Description:
This report returns the defect counts grouped by defect code for a given symptom to identify the most common defects for a given failure.

Station Defect Report by Time
Description:
This report returns the measured data for a given serial number, operation point and measured data type and is grouped by serial number.

Time Based Defect Report by Job
Description:
This report returns a Pareto chart with defects grouped by defect codes on page 1 and then details the defect data on subsequent pages grouped by defect code for a given job/work order.

Description:

Bill of Materials by Side
Description:

CAD Report by Process Revision
Factory Routing
Description: This report returns each reference location with part number, description, component package, polarity, x, y, rotation, assembly side, and operation points. Data Source: CAD-BOM

Description:
This report details the factory operation points in ascending sequence and lists the assembly side performed at that operation, if the data is filtered from another operation point, and the name of the line. Data Source:

Part Relationship by Internal Part Number

Description:

Description:

Description:
This report returns the customer name, assembly number, assembly revision, installed internal part numbers, related manufacturer part numbers to each internal part number, lot codes of the manufacture part numbers, operator, and operation point where the material was installed for a given serial number.
