The Clarendon solution eliminates high start-up costs and keeps your running costs to a minimum. The monthly service fee includes all your basic operating costs; you pay only for the extra services you use and with our simple monthly billing, you will find it easy to budget and plan with total confidence that you have full control of your overheads.

Through this we have become aware that more and more business people are turning to serviced offices as the most cost effective and flexible way of operating business premises. At Clarendon you can expect that all of your office furniture, equipment, amenities and surroundings are of the highest standard to create a professional yet affordable office environment.

With short term, flexible Service Agreements, Clarendon offers the most practical and efficient solution to your office requirements.

SERVICED OFFICES

Clarendon Business Centres provide many advantages over traditional office leases, most Notably the control you can exercise on your overheads. Each month you will be billed for exactly the services that you have used plus a fixed office fee.

Inclusive Monthly Fee – rent, rates, service charges, utilities, cleaning, buildings insurance,

furniture and reception staff, giving predictable monthly expenditure.

Reception & Support Services – your clients will be welcomed by our friendly, professional

reception team, who will assist, manage and deliver all your business requirements. Our on-site management teams ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, leaving you free to concentrate solely on running your business. You will be free of the headaches associated with employing secretarial, maintenance and cleaning staff.

Flexibility – offices available from 1-10 workstations can be taken singly or in combination

to accommodate any requirement. You have the ability to up and down size your space, as dictated by your ever-changing business needs.

Instant Availability – an instant office in a prestigious area of town that is attractive,

professional, and equipped to handle all your business needs, complete with telephones and internet connectivity.

Business Support Services – convenient access to additional services and our modern

and comfortable conference facilities. You only pay for what you use.

Reduce your Start-up Costs – Our offices are fully furnished and equipped with the latest

IT and Telecoms infrastructure. Our Service Agreements are simple 2 page documents and you will not be liable for the typical fees and penalties associated with conventional leases.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a minimum term?

We offer a minimum term of three months, although shorter term agreements are sometimes available.

How much do I need to pay before I can move in?

You will need to pay a deposit equivalent to one and a half times the price of the office, plus your first month’s office fees in advance.

How do we pay?

Each month your fixed service fees (office fees, handset and internet charges) are payable in advance with miscellaneous charges invoiced in arrears. Payment is due on the 1st of each month and is collected by Direct Debit.

What does my Licence Fee include?

Rent, business rates, service charges and buildings insurance

Fully furnished office(s) i.e. Desks, chairs, pedestal units, storage cabinets Utility charges such as heating, lighting, electricity and office maintenance Daily cleaning services

Can somebody answer the phone when I am not there?

If you are unavailable to take your calls then your calls will automatically divert through to the Centre Team who will answer your calls in your Company name and can either put the call through to your mobile phone or take messages for you.

Can you provide Internet access?

Yes, we offer immediate connection to our internet service with no lead times or additional cabling required. The connection is fully managed, with DHCP or static IPs, mail relay, and wireless internet available.

Why is a serviced office a better solution for me?

As all the facility fees and expenditure normally associated with running an office are included in your standard monthly fee you will be able to budget effectively. Our Team are trained and experienced in dealing with all issues normally related to the effective running of an office, meaning that your time is free to focus on your business.

our “”Virtual PA”” allows you to delegate some of your routine administration tasks, freeing up your time to focus on your business, i.e. typing and binding of presentations, data inputting, sending of standard letters and brochures. The service is offered on a pay as you use basis

Mail Handling - use our prestigious address for your correspondence as a more professional

alternative to a home address or PO box, or for a cost-effective way of opening your “branch office”.

Mail Handling & Call Diversion - add a telephone diversion service to the mail handling

service for a complete professional image for your Company. Your dedicated local telephone number may be diverted to any number of your choice*, or to a personalised voicemail service accessible 24 hours a day.

Clarendon Remote - a Virtual Office package, allowing you to maintain a dependable and

professional business presence, wherever you are. Your dedicated telephone number will be answered in your Company name, and put through to you to any mobile or landline number* or messages taken and forwarded by email, SMS, phone or fax. Mail and faxes may be held for collection or forwarded.

£100 + VAT per month £30 + VAT set-up fee £200 deposit

Clarendon Remote Premier - the full Remote service, with 2 days boardroom or day office

use per month included. You will also have priority access to any other available office space on a “hot desk” basis. Meeting a client at “your office” will never again be an issue!

£150 + VAT per month £30 + VAT set-up fee £200 deposit

Clarendon Cover - the perfect solution for companies who prefer to remain in control of their

telephone calls but want to ensure that they don’t miss those all important calls when on the phone or out of the office. Your individual “divert” number will be answered in your Company name and a message taken to be forwarded to you in the method you determine. *

£59 + VAT per month £30 + VAT set-up fee £200 deposit

* Price includes 40 messages per month. Additional messages charged at £1 each. Diverted calls are charged at BT standard rates.

MEETING ROOMS

Clarendon Business Centres provides a professional environment for your meetings, interviews, presentations and training events. Our Business Centres offer high quality facilities at reasonable cost, in a business-focussed environment, to both our resident and non-resident clients.

We have a variety of rooms to suit your requirement, ranging from interview rooms to training rooms, all with free broadband or dial up internet access. Our on-site management team will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, from meeting and greeting your delegates, to providing refreshments, plus any business support services you may need during the course of your meeting.
