HR PORTAL

A virtual place (Virtual Workspace) that integrates in a portal all the functionalities and services of the HR Zucchetti applications and a valid tool for Employee Relationship Management (ERM) in order to optimize the management and communication processes, to

speed up and improve the efficiency of the HR Department activities.

HR Portal allows publishing online all the services, the information, the Employees Self Services (ESS) for the collaborators and the applications reserved to the HR department. Therefore, it is a useful system for the management of knowledge, collaboration, content and documentation (Document Management System).

On one hand, the HR Portal facilitates the work of the HR Manager and of the Middle management in terms of managing their collaborators. On the other hand, the HR Portal grants (to everyone in the company) access to the information required in order for them to be involved in the company processes.

In this regard, HR Portal represents also a crucial tool towards the HR management of all companies with mobile staff, which require a system for the management of processes and relations in order to reconnect the persons to the organizational network and, at the same time, to benefit from the necessary

flexibility and speed of the operational and decision-taking processes.

THE WEB TECHNOLOGY

The HR Zucchetti suite, completely designed with web

technology, fully addresses those companies, having

several head offices and subsidiaries, who wish to

decentralize the processes management. Each component

represents a service provided via web to all departments and/or employees, therefore easily and immediately accessible from any place, 24/7, leading to a significant decrease in management and system administration costs. ONE SINGLE AND INTEGRATED DATA BASE

The single database for all the HR Zucchetti system

applications is a feature that no other HR management system can pride itself of. It is an important “plus” that

guarantees the native integration of all the applications for the HR management of the HR Zucchetti system. In addition, it allows speeding up the activities of the HR Department, drastically reducing the routine and low added-value activities and, finally yet importantly, optimizing the processes and improving the efficiency.

In fact, the information, shared by all various applications of HR Zucchetti system, is entered only once instead of being uploaded once more in all applications. The integrated data base manages all the information, both from tables and master data, that is common to the various applications including the Master Data of both the employee (employees, consultants, interns, apprentices, etc.) and of the company (business name, headquarters, etc.).

The single applications manage instead specific data: for example, the time and attendance software controls the schedule profile, the payroll software controls the payroll elements, the software for HR management controls the training courses, and the assessments, the compensations policies, etc.

The following is consequently possible: • managing information in a centralized manner; • reducing management and maintenance costs of the

systemic architecture and of the database;

• removing the errors occurring during the manual upload

of shared data to several applications;

• obtaining a remarkable security thanks to the possibility to define the accesses and profiles in a customized manner; • getting hold of information immediately.

HR WORKFLOW

The advanced workflow systems allow managing the communication flows between the HR Department and the rest of the company with a remarkable drop in the time

needed and costs connected to the communication and data management processes. This gives rise to a major

efficiency and consistency of the company processes, an improved and faster information exchange, knowledge sharing, optimization of the resources together with an ensured correctness in terms of data accessing.

as a service. In fact, the software are not installed within the client’s headquarters, but in the Zucchetti Data Center instead, and they may be accessed via web with a simple Internet connection. Maximum data privacy guarantee with privacy law
