PROCEDURE:
I am pleased to inform you that the
Provider has changed the Escrow Agent to
a 25-year old reputed, professional,
Escrow specialist British company.
All its details, website, address and phone
number are provided herewith along with
his Name Card.

First conduct your Due Diligence on this
Escrow Agent. If the client is satisfied
then his DOA will be countersigned by the
UK Provider. It will be for 2 Tranches of
30M and 500M.
Moreover, Monetizing Agreement will also
be signed and sent to you for your DD on
both the Provider and the Monetizer.
All these Agreements and information will
be given to you before your payment. Then
if you are satisfied also with the DD of
both the Provider and the Monetizer in
addition to the UK Escrow Agent, you are
requested to make the remittance of the

Escrow deposit 45,000 to proceed with the
issuance of SBLCs and their Monetization.
Escrow deposit of 155,000 for your 2nd
Tranche will be deducted from the
Monetized amount of your 1st Tranche for
which you will be remitting 45,000.
As a result, you will receive cash
Monetized amount at 40% face value of
your SBLCs of 30M and 500M.
It wll amount to 12M in the 1
stTranche and
200M in the 2
ndTranche. A total of about
212MCASH will be remitted to your
Account for your Project funding just by
46,000 from your own funds in the
