Patrick Barry

We accept the sponsor package as negotiated and agree to these terms and conditions outlined with this
Sponsorship Package. We agree to pay the sponsorship fee indicated, inclusive of GST, in accordance with the
details provided.

Definitions
‘The Event’ is the Partners Wealth Group Limited Super Day which will take place on 4 March 2015 at the
Mel-bourne Cricket Club, MelMel-bourne, Victoria.
‘Application’ means an application to be a sponsor and exhibitor.
‘Sponsor’ means any person or company allocated space by the Organiser of the event and includes all its
em-ployees, agents and representatives.
‘Organiser’ means the Partners Wealth Group Limited, its employees, agents and contractors.
‘Venue’ means the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCG), Melbourne, Victoria.
Application for Participation and Acceptance
2.
A binding contract comes into existence in accordance with the Application and these Terms and
Condi-tions upon the acceptance of the Application by the Organiser.
3.
The Organiser has the right to reject or accept any Application.
4.
Sponsor Obligations
•
The Sponsor will provide all necessary information and material required for the Organiser to carry out its
obligations to the Sponsor, by the dates stipulated by the Organiser.
•
The Sponsor will make good and compensate Venue for damage caused by any act or omission of the
Spon-sor or other persons arising from or in connection with the use of the exhibition venue by the SponSpon-sor.
•
The Sponsor must have the display space ready with all exhibits completed and available for display by the
time specified by the Organiser before the opening of the Exhibition.
•
Sponsors are responsible for any damage or loss of own goods and equipment left in the Venue or function
area prior to or after the function and must secure all goods and equipment during the Event.
•
All Sponsor deliveries to the Venue must be prior advised to the Venue and must be marked with the name
and date of the Event and Sponsor.
5.
Exhibition Space: Standard Fittings, Design and Signs
•
The Organiser agrees to provide the Exhibition table and fittings, as detailed in the Super Day Sponsorship
Package provided, applicable to the sponsorship level selected.
•
The Organiser will ensure that table positions will be allocated according to sponsorship value and on a
first-come, first-served basis should the value be equivalent.

7.
Terms of Payment
•
The agreement will be terminated if the Sponsor does not pay the required fee at least 14 days prior to the
event.
•
In the event of termination by the Organiser, the Sponsor will not be entitled to any form of compensation

Cancellation Policy
•
The Sponsor will not withdraw, cancel, alter or reduce in any way its Application. In the event of
cancel-lation, a service fee of 50% applies. No refunds will be made for cancellations 30 days prior to the event
date.
•
After sponsorship has been confirmed and accepted, a reduction in sponsorship is considered a
cancella-tion and will be governed by the above cancellacancella-tion policy.
9.
Insurance and Indemnity
•
The Sponsor shall take out and maintain a policy of public liability insurance for an amount of not less than
$5,000,000 during the Event.
•
The Sponsor will indemnify the Organiser against any cost, claim, liability and expense to which the
Organ-iser is in any way subject arising from or in connection with any act or omission of the Sponsor.
10. Compliance
•
The Sponsor will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and all reasonable directions from the
Organiser and the owner of the exhibition Venue.
•
These terms and conditions of the agreement shall not be disclosed to any third parties without the prior
written consent of both parties.
11.
FOFA Compliance
Partners Wealth Group sponsorship payment will not constitute conflicted remuneration under the Corporations
Act 2001, on the following basis:
•
Being a conference partner is not a factor taken into account in determining which products may be
included on Partners Wealth Group’s approved product list;
•
No part of the conference partnership fee is passed onto advisers or associates.
•
The conference satisfies the education and training exemption requirements set out in Corporations
Regulation 7.7A.14 and/or 7.7A.15; and
•
All conference partners are treated equally with respect to trade stands, advertising, branding and general
access to attendees.
