Information and application forms about the services that are provided for the exhibition can be

found in this manual.

Please don’t forget to take into account your stand type ( standard or special design ) that is

specified in your participation contract,

when applying for services or accessories related to the

stand.

Please make sure to follow the deadlines that are specified for each form in the GUIDE on the next

page, when submitting your applications. In addition, details of the relevant contact personel for

each form is provided.

Dear Exhibitor,

100 watt (200 v) power for each 3 sqm stand will be supplied free of charge during Eurasia Plant Fair / Flower Show Istanbul. Over consumption of electricity, water drainage, compressed air and phone line services will be charged and must be requested by using the form below and orders should be placed well before the deadline.

- ElECTRICITY;

o A separate electrical line needs to be connected if your energy needs will exceed 100 watt for each 3 sqm of your stand or you will need 380V triphase line.

o All electricity cables will be connected to the stands according to your requests on the below form. Please specify your total electricity consumption.

o The over consumption of electricity will be charged at 4

€

/Kw per day.

- WaTER;

o Water drainage connection fee is 200

€

+ vat.

o Water drainage can be supplied only for Hall 9 and 10.

-ComPREssED aIR;

o Compressed air can be supplied between 2-6 bar and the connection fee is 200

+ vat. o Compressed air can be supplied for Hall 9 and 10 only.

o National or international phone calls will be charged by the value of the counter at the end of the exhibition.

In order to avoid connection problems and prevent possible mishaps during the fair, it is important to send the following requests on time.

C.1

Dear Exhibitor,

We kindly remind you that it is so important to work adhering the following rules by you or your confirmed subcontractor while working on the stand construction. Please note that installation of stands will not be allowed unless approved by our company.

Please read carefully the following instructions and forward to your subcontractor if necessary.

-Project approval; Please note that the stands can not be built up unless you have “Project approval Form” which will be sent by us. The deadline to send the stand projects for approval is 23.10.2015

-occupational safety;

o You are directly responsible to implement the necessary safety measures. It is kindly reminded that those companies which do not take the necessary safety measures will be immediately removed from the fairgrounds.

o The usage of flammable and explosive substances are strickly prohibited during the exhibition period. -1/3 Rule; All stands can set up a solid wall upto a maximum of 1/3 of their open sides. It means that you can set

up a wall as 3 m if you have 9 m open side.

-height limits; Allowable height limits for stands differ for each hall and location. o The maximum stand height allowed in Hall 9 and 10 is 5.0m

o The maximum stand height allowed in Hall 11 and the stands 921/C, 921/D, 922/B, 922/C, 1021/C, 1022/C is 3.5m

o The maximum stand height allowed in the Foyer area (between 100-106) is 2.6 m

-height Difference; Each exhibitor building a wall higher than their neighbors are responsible to cover the exposed back of the wall with a clean material. In this way, you will be responsible to prevent the bad image that would be created on your neighbor’s wall. (It means, you will be responsible to cover the rest of the wall with a clean material if your neighbor have 3,5m wall height while you have 5m wall height. So, you have to close 1,5m height difference.)

-Electricity Rules;

o 100 watt (200 V) energy for each 3 sqm will supplied to each exhibitor free of charge. You should send the

form B.3 if you need additional energy supply.

o Also each exhibitor must have leakage current relay, high current relay and a fuse board in their own stands.

o Energy connections are provided from the installations caps on the ground. These caps must remain open during the fair to be accessible. You must design your stand floor as accessible to the caps on the ground.

Please note that if you prevent access of the installations caps, power will not be turned on.

-Extra orders; You should use the form B.3 for your orders like water drainage, phone line etc. Please note that, there is no guarantee the provision of related services without this form.

-Working hours; Working hours can be found on the form A.5 Time Schedule for Set up and Dismantling.

We remind you that you agree to all the rules and general conditions stated above by the provisions of the signed agreement. Exhibitors are directly responsible for any infringement resulting from the negative practices of Company’s staff or subcontractors.
