Dr. J. Clement Sudhahar

,

Professor, is a

marketing specialist as well as the Head of Centre

for Services Marketing Research, SBL&M,

Karunya University, Coimbatore. His marketing

and teaching experience spans over two decades.

His qualifications include M.B.A. and Ph.D.

A prolific author, Dr. Clement Sudhahar has published over 50 articles in both the national and

international referred journals. He is serving the editorial boards of more than five international

journals. He has authored 7 books till date and is also penning two more books. His areas of

interest include Customer and Employee Retention Management, Brand Building and Marketing

Through Customer Insights.
