to the development of MarketpointTM and DatapointTM software, our state of the art proprietary valuation and property database

applications. These cutting edge tools were designed to facilitate a standardized valuation process and automate the delivery of uniformly consistent reports while maintaining

customization capability for our clients on

demand.

IRR-DataPointTM is an enterprise-wide

IRR system that incorporates an advanced

Customer Relationship Module (CRM) and Project Management Module delivering

real-time tracking of assignments and asset details

to all 60+ Integra offices nationwide. The web-based interface also includes a powerful Comparable Database module which captures

property information including rental surveys, sale transactions, and income and expense data. Currently, more than 600,000 properties

are being tracked in DataPoint, with more being

added with each assignment we complete. DataPoint interfaces seamlessly with

IRR-MarketPointTM, a best-practices IRR system

for valuation and consulting analytics, as well

as third party software such as Argus. IRR Professionals

persons holding the MAI, ASA, CCIM, CRE, CPA, MRICS, and FRICS designations. Our

staff has expertise in a wide range of property and assignment types.

The Senior Managing Director of IRR Dallas is Mark Lamb, MAI, CPA, FRICS. A 30 year veteran appraiser, Mark is known for his attention to detail and ability to tackle complex projects. Mark is assisted by 9 other Partners

with diverse talents in the management

of assignments conducted by IRR Dallas.
