We talked to lots of shoppers and discovered that many people owned reusable bags but were forgetting them at home. flip & tumble’s 24-7 bags have an attached pouch allowing them to easily compact into a small ball so the bag can essentially live in a purse, messenger bag, or backpack. Consumers won’t have to make a conscious effort to remember a bag every time they go shopping. “It’s just there when you need it.”
who are we?
We, Hetal Jariwala and Eva Bauer, met while attending Stanford University’s Product Design program. While in school, we discovered that we shared a unique interest in solving everyday problems in clever, simple, joyful ways. After working in the design field for a short while, we ultimately decided to give up the steady paychecks, pursue our passion, and take the leap to start flip & tumble.
