Serien »Vegetabilske produktion« udkommer uregelmæssigt, i overensstemmelse med vegeta-tionens udvikling og de til rådighed stående stati-stikker herom. I de seneste to år er der udgivet ti hæfter.

Denne serie af statistikker om »Vegetabilske produk-tion« består af to rækker hæfter :

— Landbrugsafgrøder:

- Udlagte arealer - Kulturernes tilstand - Høstareal

- Høstudbytte pr. ha - Høstudbytte i alt

- Leveringer og lagerbeholdninger af korn og kartofler

— Produktion af grøntsager og frugt og i påkom-mende tilfælde vin:

- Kulturernes tilstand - Høstprognose - Høstareal - Høstudbytte pr. ha - Høstudbytte i alt - Lager af vin

— Hvert hæfte indeholder et sammendrag af re-sultater svarende til den behandlede statistik (landbrugsafgrøder eller produktion af grønt-sager, frugt og vin).

— Hvert hæfte indeholder desuden en agrarmeteo-rologisk beretning.

— I årets løb vil de nyeste til rådighed stående forsyningsbalancer for vegetabilske produkter (de grønne sider) blive offentliggjort.

Disse oplysninger er ment som en hurtig og kort-fristet oplysning. Oplysninger på længere sigt er (bortset fra de agrarmeteorologisk beretning og de månedlige statistik!· er !evsr~ger og lager-beholdninger af korn) opført i serien »lar¡c¡brug¿-statistik«. Die Reihe „Pflanzliche Erzeugung" erscheint u n ­ regelmäßig, entsprechend dem Fortschreiten der pflanzlichen Vegetation und den hierüber verfüg­ baren Statistiken. In den beiden letzten Jahren wurden zehn Ausgaben herausgegeben.

Diese Reihe über Statistiken der „Pflanzlichen Erzeugung" besteht aus zwei Arten von Heften: ­ Erzeugung auf dem Ackerland :

­ Aussaatflächen ­ Stand der Kulturen ­ Anbauflächen ­ Hektarerträge ­ Erzeugung

­ Ablieferung und Bestände an Getreide, Kartoffeln

­ Erzeugung von Gemüse und Obst und gege­ benenfalls Wein:

­ Stand der Kulturen ­ Ernteaussichten ­ Anbauflächen ­ Hektarerträge ­ Erzeugung ­ Wein bestände

­ Jedes Heft enthält eine Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse entsprechend der behandelten Statistik (Erzeugung auf dem Ackerland oder Erzougung von Gemüse, Obst und Wein). ­ Jedes Heft enthält außerdem eine agrarme­

teorologische Berichterstattung.

­ Im Laufe des Jahres werden die neuesten verfüg­ baren Versorgungsbilanzen über pflanzliche Erzeugnisse (grüne Seiten) veröffentlicht. Diese Informationen dienen der schnellen und kurzfristigen Unterrichtung. Längerfristige Angaben sind (abgesehen von der agrarmeteorologischen Berichterstattung und den Monatsstatistiken über Ablieferungen und Bestände an Getreide) in der ¡eine „Agrarstatistik" aufgeführt. Letzte Hefte dieser Reihe: 2/1974 (Erzeugung auf dem Acker­ land) bzw. 6/197Γ (Erzeugung von Gemüse und Obst).

Beträchtliche Unterschiede, die zwischen den natio­ nalen Statistiken als Folge verschiedenartiger Erhebungsmethoden bestehen, konnten nicht aus­ geschaltet werden. Bei Benutzung dieser Stati­ stiken muß daher dem unterschiedlichen Genauig­ keitsgrad der wiedergegebenen Zahlen Rechnung getragen werden.

PREFACE AVERTISSEMENT The series 'Crop production' appears at irregular

intervals according to crop development and the availability of relevant statistics. Ten editions have appeared in the past two years.

This series, which provides statistics on 'Crop production', consists of two types of publication:

— production from arable land:

— sown area ­ state of the crops — areas under cultivation ­ yield per hectare ­ production

— supply and stocks of cereals and potatoes

­ production of vegetables and fruit, and occasion­ ally wine:

­ state of the crops ­ harvest prospects ­ areas under cultivation ­ yield per hectare ­ production ­ stocks of wine

— each issue contains a summary of the results of the relevant statistics (production from arable land or production of fruit, vegetables and wine).

— each issue also includes an agricultural weather report.

— the latest available balance sheets for horti­ cultural production are published during the year (green pages).

These data =>re intended for rapid and short­term information. Longer­term data (with the exception of the agricultural weather report and the monthly statistics on supplies and stocks of cereals) appear in the series 'Agricultural statistics'. The most recent issues in this series are 2/1974 (Production from arable land) and 6/1973 (Fruit and vegetable pro­ duction).

It is not po=sib j to eliminate the considerable diffe­ rences between the national statistics which arise from the use of varying survey methods. When using these statistics, allowance lust therefore be made fo¡ differing degrees of accuracy in the data.

La série «Production végétale» paraît irrégulière­ ment en fonction de l'évolution végétative et des disponibilités statistiques dans ce domaine. Ainsi ont paru dix exemplaires au cours des deux der­ nières années.

Cette séïe, qui présente des statistiques sur la production végétale comprend deux sortes de fascicules:

­ Production des terres arables :

­ superficies ensemencées ­ état des cultures

­ superficies cultivées ­ rendement

­ production

­ collecte et stocks de céréales, de pommes de terre

­ Production légumière et fruitière, et le cas échéant vinicole:

­ production ­ stocks de vin

­ Chaque fascicule comprend un résumé des résultats concernant la statistique traitée, soit production des terres arables (soit pro­ duction légumière, fruitière et vinicole).

­ Chaque fascicule comprend en outre un rapport sur la météorologie agricole.

­ Dans le courant de l'année sont publiés (pages vertes) les derniers bilans d'approvisionnement disponibles concernant les produits végétaux.

Ces données sont destinées à Γ r formation rapide et à court terme. Les données è ng terme (excep­ tion fate de la météorologie agricole et des sta­ tistiques mensuelles sur les collectes et les stocks de céréales) figureront dans la série «Statistique Agricole». Derniers numéros de cette série: 2/1974 (Production des terres arables) resp. 6/1973 (Pro­ duction légumière et fruitière).

Il n'est pas possible d'éliminer les écarts considé­ rables qui existent entre les statistiques nationales par suite de la diversité des méthodes de recense­ ment employées. Pour l'utilisation de ces statis­ tiques, il faudra par conséquent tenir compte des différents degrés d'exactitude des données rete­ nues.

OSSERVAZIONI BEMERKINGEN La serie «Produzione vegetale» esce a intervalli

irregolari, in funzione dell'evoluzione vegetativa e delle disponibilità statistiche del settore. Nel corso degli ultimi due anni ne sono usciti dieci numeri.

La presente serie, che presenta statistiche sulla produzione vegetale, comprende due tipi di fasci-coli:

- Produzione dei seminativi

- superfici inseminate - stato delle colture - superfici coltivate - rese unitarie - produzione

- conferimenti e giacenze di cereali e delle patate

- Produzione orto-frutticola ed eventualmente vinicola:

- stato delle colture - prospettive di raccolta - superficie coltivata - rese unitarie - produzione - giacenze di vino

- Ciascun fascicolo contiene un sommario dei risultati concernenti la statistica trattata, ossia produzione delle seminativi, oppure produzione orto-frutticola e vinicola.

- Ciascun fascicolo comprende inoltre una relazione sulla meteorologia agraria.

- Nel corso dell'anno vengono pubblicati (pagine verdi) gli ultimi bilanci di approvvigionamento disponibili concernenti i prodotti vegetali.

Questi dati sono destinati all'informazione rapida e a breve termine. I dati a lungo termine (fatta eccezione per la meteorologia agraria e le statistiche mensili sul raccolto e sulle giacenze di cereali) figureranno nella serie «Statistica agraria». Ultimi numeri di questa serie. 2/1974 (produzione delle seminativi) e 6/1973 (produzione orto-frutticola).

De reeks „plantaardige produktio" verschijnt onregelmatig, afhankelijk van de ontwikkeling in de plantenteelt en de hierover beschikbare stati-stieken. In de afgelopen twee jaar zijn tien afleve-ringen verschenen.

Deze reeks over de statistieken van de plantaardige produktie bestaat uit twee soorten brochures:

- Akkerbouwproduktie

- bezaaide oppervlakten - stand van de gewassen - bebouwd areaal - opbrengst per hectare - produktie

- levering en voorraad graan, aardappelen.

- Produktie van groenten en fruit en eventueel wijn:

- stand van de gewassen - vooruitzichten voor de oogst - bebouwd areaal

- opbrengst per hectare - produktie

- wijnvoorraden.

- ledere brochure bevat een samenvatting van de resultaten van de behandelde statistieken (akkerbouwproduktie of teelt van groenten, fruiten wijn).

- ledere brochure bevat bovendien een bericht over de landbouwmeteorologie.

- In do loop van het jaar worden de laatst beschik-bare overzichten gepubliceerd over de voor-zieningsbalansen van plantaardige produkten (groene bladzijden).

Deze gegevens zijn bedoeld als snelle informatie op korte termijn. De gegevens op langere termijn (met uitzondering van de meteorologische bericht-geving voor de landbouw en de maandelijkse statistieken over leveringen en voorraden van granen) zijn opgenomen in de reeks «Landbouw-statistiek». Laatste aflevering en van deze reeks: 2/1974 Akkerbouwproduktie, 6/1973 Teelt van groenten en fruit.

Er bestaan aanzienlijke verschillen tussen de nationale statistieken, als gevolg van de van elkaar afwijkende enquêteringsmethoden, welke niet kunnen worden uitgeschakeld. Bij gebruik van deze statistieken moet men derhalve rekening houden met de verschillende nauwkeurigheidsgraden van het aangeboden cijfermateriaal.

2 . Klimatische Einwirkungen 1975

Die ersten Monate des Jahres 1975 waren durch ein im allgemeinen zu mildes

und zu feuchtes Wetter gekennzeichnet, was einen zu frühen Wiederbeginn der

Vegetation hervorrief. Während des späten Einsetzens winterlichen Wetters

haben strenge Proste in bestimmten Anbaugebieten dem Obstbau erhebliche

Schäden zugefügt. Diese Schäden haben vor allem die Steinobstaniagen

beeinträch-tigt. In der Folge hat dann ein aussergewöhnlich trockener Sommer einen

ungün-stigen Einfluss auf das Wachstum bestimmter Gemüsearten ausgeübt, wohingegen

andere davon begünstigt wurden. Den Herbstkulturen kamen in einigen Gegenden

umfangreiche Niederschläge zugute.

3. Anbauflächen 1975

Bei den Anbauflächen der Gemüsekulturen im Freilandanbau war ein leichter

Rückgang in der BR Deutschland und in Italien zu beobachten. Man kann dagegen

eine leichte Ausweitung in den Niederlanden und im Vereinigten Königreich

fest-stellen. Der Anbau unter Schutz hat sich in den Niederlanden weiterhin

verrin-gert, während er in der BR Deutschland und in Italien zunahm. Die Fläche der

Obstkulturen hat in den Niederlanden und im Vereinigten Königreich abgenommen.

4. Erzeugung 1975

Die folgenden Daten sind vorläufig und könnten sich nachträglich ändern,

be-sonders bei Gemüse.

Die Erzeugung im Bereich des EUR­9 war nur geringfügig höher als 1974» was

auf eine hohe (aber nicht aussergewöhnlich hohe) Ernte in Deutschland zu­

rückzuführen war. Die Apfelernte wird jetzt auf 7,3 Mt beziffert (1974 ­

5,8 Mt;

K

= 6,6 Mt), was die zu Saisonbeginn gemachten Vorausschätzungen be­

stätigt, die damals als zu optimistisch angesehen wurden. Die Birnenernte

(2,4 Mt) ist um 200 000 t unter der schwachen Ernte von 1974 geblieben. Unter

den Steinobstarten hat keine eine durchschnittliche Erzeugung erzielt. Die Er­

zeugung eigab Ausfälle besonders bei Pfirsichen und Pflaumen (Pfirsiche :

1975 ­ 1,25 Mt; 1974 ­ 1 , 7 Mt, Pflaumen : 1975 ­ 0,4 Mt; 1974 = 0,7 MtJ. Die

Erdbeererzeugung (342 000 t) fiel zwar niedriger als 1974 (­ 25 000 t) aber

doch ein wenig höher als der Durchschnitt aus. Die Tafeltraubenerzeugung be­

trug nur 1,1 Mt (1974 und M » 1,2 Mt). Die Apfelsinenerzeugung wird auf 1,55

Mt geschätzt, was einer durchschnittlichen Höhe entspricht, aber weniger als

1974 (1,77 Mt) war. Bei Mandarinen/Clementinen (0,4 Mt) und Zitronen (0,8 Mt)

soll die Erzeugung überdurchschnittlich gewesen sein. Die Schalenobsterzeugung

dürfte ungefähr 390 000 t (1974 ­ 410 000 t) betragen haben.

G E M U Ε S E :

Auf der Grundlage der gegenwärtig verfügbaren Angaben könnte sich die gesamte

Gemüseerzeugung im Bereich des SUR­9 auf ungefähr 27 Mt belaufen (1974 und M =

27,3 Mt). In der BR Deutschland war die gesamte Erzeugung (1,8 Mt) noch um

%

geringer als die schwache Ernte von 1974. In Frankreich scheint sich die

Erzeugung seit 1972 bei insgesamt etwa 6,4 Mt zu stabilisieren. In Italien

ist die Ernte (11.6 Mt) im gleichen Verhältnis wie die Anbaufläche f­ 2$)zurück­

gegangen. In den Niederlanden entspricht die Erzeugung (2,2 Mt) der Ernte von

1974. In Belgien dürfte die Erzeugung (l,l bis 1,2 Mt) durchschnittlich aus­

gefallen sein. Im Vereinigten Königreich soll sie niedriger als 1974 (3,3 Mt)

gewesen sein. Für Irland (1974 » 210 000 t) und Dänemark (1974 ­ 218 000 t)

liegen für 1975 noch keine Angaben vor.

Mit einigen Ausnahmen (Melonen, Gurken) betrifft der Erzeugungsrückgang auf

der Ebene des EUR­9 alle Gemüsearten, jedoch vor allem die Tomaten (­ 5$»

das sind 240 000 t), den Kohl (­ 4$, das sind 130 000 t), die grünen Bohnen

(­

%,

das sind 40 000 t) und die Artischoken (­

%,

das sind 25 000 t ) .

Letzte Meldung :

1975 umfassten die Gemüsekulturen im Freiland in Belgien eine Fläche von

29 700 ha (1974 = 28 98O ha). Der Erwerbsgartenanbau unter Glas (930 ha) ver­

ringerte sich um etwa 30 ha und die Obstkulturen (387 ha) um mehr als 100 ha,

d.s. 22$. Hingegen erfuhren die Freilandkulturen mit Obst eine geringere Ein­

schränkung (­2

als im vergangenen Jahr.

2 . Incidences c l i m a t i q u e s en 1975

Les premiers mois de l'année 1975 ont été caractérisés par un temps généralement trop

doux et trop humide, qui a provoqué une reprise trop hâtive de la vie végétative. Lors

d'une offensive tardive de l'hiver, des gelées intenses ont causé des dégâts importants

à l'arboriculture de certaines zones de production. Les dégâts ont affecté notamment

les cultures de fruits à noyau. Par la suite, un été exceptionnellement sec a exercé

une influence défavorable sur la croissance de certains légumes alors que d'autres s'en

sont trouvé favorisés. Les cultures d'automne, pour leur part, ont pu, dans certaines

zones, tirer bénéfice de précipitations plus nombreuses.

3. Superficies cultivées en 1975

Les superficies des cultures légumières de plein air ont accusé une légère régression

en République Fédérale d'Allemagne et en Italie. On peut noter, par contre, une légère

extension aux Pays-Bas et au Royaume-Uni. Les superficies sous abri des Pays-Bas ont,

encore une fois, diminué, alors que celles de la République Fédérale d'Allemagne et de

l'Italie étaient en extension. La superficie des cultures fruitières a régressé aux

Pays-Bas et au Royaume-Uni.

La products

de 1'EUR­9 n'a été que légèrement supérieure à celle de 1974,

uniquement en raison d'une récolte allemande élevée (mais non exceptionnelle).

La récolte de pommes est maintenant chiffrée à 7,3 Mt (1974 =» 5,8 Mt; M = 6,6Mt)

ce qui confirme les prévisions du début de saison jugées alors trop optimistes.

La récolte de poires (2,4 Mt) est restée inférieure de 200 000 t à la faible

récolte de 1974. Parmi les fruits à noyau aucune espèce n'a atteint une pro­

duction moyenne. La production a même été particulièrement déficitaire pour

les pêches et les prunes (pèches 1975 » 1,25 Mt; 1974 » 1,7 Mt: prunes 1975 =

0,4 Mt; 1974 = 0,7 Mt). La production de fraises (342 000 t) bien qu'inférieure

à celle de 1974 (­25 000 t) a été peu supérieure à la moyenne. La production

de raisins de table n'a été que de 1,1 Mt (1974 et M » 1,2 Mt). La production

d'oranges est estimée à 1,55 Mt ce qui correspond à un niveau moyen mais infé­

rieur à celui de 1974 (1,77 Mt). Pour les mandarines/clémentines (0,4 Mt) et les

citrons (0,8 Mt) les productions seraient très supérieures à la moyenne. La

récolte de fruits à coque aurait été de l'ordre de 390 000 t (1974 = 410 000

t ) .

L E G U M E S :

Sur la base des données actuellement disponibles, la production totale de

légumes de 1'EUR­9 pourrait se chiffrer à environ 27 Mt (1974 et M = 27,3 Mt).

En République Fédérale d'Allemagne, la production totale (l,8 Mt) est encore

inférieure de

%

à la faible récolte de 1974. En France, depuis 1972 la pro­

dcution semble se stabiliser autour de 6,4 Mt au total. En Italie, la récolte

(11,6 Mt) a diminué proportionnellement à la régression des superficies

(-2fo).

La production des Pays­Bas (2,2 Mt) est identique à celle de 1974· La récolte

aurait été moyenne en Belgique (1,1 à 1,2 Mt) et plus faible qu'en 1974

(3,3 Mt) au Royaume­Uni. Pour l'Irlande (1974 ­210 000 t) et le Danemark

(1974 » 218 000 t), les informations font encore défaut pour 1975· A quelques

exceptions près (melons, concombres), la diminution de production au niveau

de 1'EUR­9 affecte toutes les espèces mais surtout les tomates (­ 5$ soit

240 000 t ) , les choux (­

soit 130 000 t ) , les haricots verts (­

40 000 t et les artichauts (­ 3$ soit 25 000 t ) .

Dernière minute :

En Belgique, les cultures légumières de plein air ont occupé en 1975 une

superficie de 29700 ha (1974 ■ 28 980ha). Sous verre, les cultures maraîchères

(930 ha) ont diminué d'environ 30 ha et les cultures fruitières (387 ha) de

plus de 100 ha soit 22$. Les cultures fruitières de plein air ont, pour leur

part, accusé une régression moins prononcée (­ 2

%)

qu'au cours de l'année

précédente.
