Notes

IRI Members will be offered a special discount of Rs. 5001- on the above conference / expo charges.

Students with valid Id's will be charged at 25% of the above applicable delegate charges.

Initial Booking amount for Exhibitors is 25% of the total amount & 100% for conference delegates.

Booking can be done for 9 sq. mtrs. or more in multiple of

The premium is 10% for two sides open & 15% for three sides

open. This will be applicable on. the normal rate and not on the discounted rate.

Booking amount is non-refundable, nor-transferable under any circumstances.

Payment of booking amount must be done by due dates I as applicable.

All payments (100Sb of total amount) are to be completed

by 31st Sept. 2010.

If payments are not made by then the booking shall stand cancelled and the amount received will be forfeited.

Stall selection will be on "First Come First Served Basis" upon

payment of

50%

of stall charges.

Conference charges include attendance to all sessions, refreshments, lunches & entry to the Expo.

Taxes at the time of event as applicable will be extra.

Power

air / other utilities & extras will be charged separately after ascertaining the exhibitior's space requirement.

Additional space requirement will be at appropriate rate prevailing at the time of booking.
