The premium is 10% for two sides open & 15% for three sidesopen. This will be applicable on. the normal rate and not on the discounted rate.
Booking amount is non-refundable, nor-transferable under any circumstances.
Payment of booking amount must be done by due dates I as applicable.
All payments (100Sb of total amount) are to be completed
by 31st Sept. 2010.
If payments are not made by then the booking shall stand cancelled and the amount received will be forfeited.
Stall selection will be on "First Come First Served Basis" upon
payment of
50%
of stall charges.Conference charges include attendance to all sessions, refreshments, lunches & entry to the Expo.
Taxes at the time of event as applicable will be extra.
Power

air / other utilities & extras will be charged separately after ascertaining the exhibitior's space requirement.Additional space requirement will be at appropriate rate prevailing at the time of booking.
