ITALIAN CME ACCREDITATION: 15 CREDITS
The request for CME credits has been forwarded to the Italian Ministry of Health.
The Congress is intended for the following disciplines: Oncology, Gynaecologist, Obstetrician, Anatomic Pathology, Nuclear Medicine, General Surgeons, General Medicine, Nurses. In order to obtain Italian CME credits, participants must:
• Attend 100% of the scientific sessions indicated in the programme • Sign the attendance register at the beginning and at the end of the course
• Fill and return the personal data form and the evaluation form • Fill and return the CME questionnaire
• Answer properly to 75% of the questions on the questionnaire All the CME documents must be returned to the Secretariat Desk at the Congress Venue.
Italian CME will be assigned after 3 months following the Congress. CME Certificates will be sent by email to the address indicated in the registration form.
